My couples trip from hell!!!
My room had a very strong bleach smell that aggravated my asthma and I was awakened at 3:00 a.m. by hotel employees making loud banging noises. The noise continued to rise louder and I had to call the front desk to ask them to please stop. I could not get back to sleep and ended up checking out at 5 am

First room we got 156 on the first floor stink like mold, it was very dirty, the phone didn't work, and beds were wet, the floor the ceiling was wet as well like too much condensation. They changed our room to the one next door room 158. This bedroom was even worse. This one had no sheets on both beds. There was no tv. There was no phone and it still had mold smells and was extremely dirty. Then they gave use another room on the 4th floor. It actually smelled better on this floor being the whole building smelled like mold when walking into the hotel itself. This room smelled better however phone does not work and the floor were dirty it had someone else hair on the floor and food residue. I can tell this hotel does not sweep, mop, wipe down or clean the toliets the proper way. The bathtub had hair in it. To add the cherry on top all the rooms that we had gotten did not have any towel, hangers, or face cloths, and all the ac in each room were leaking. I would not reccommend at all sadly they don't do refunds because this hotel so desperate in needing our funds that's how bad it truly its here. The hallways in the hotel in each floors are not clean they are really dirty. The picture of the hole that was in the hallway when walking to the elevators i seen a hole on the floor. Update: i just woke up and i guess the outlet on my side did not work my phone was really low battery. went to make coffee and the coffee maker was dirtyy and had to move it to the bathroom to plug it.

First room shower didn’t work so staff moved me to second non-smoking room which smelled like cigarettes. Staff moved me to third room. Male intruder entered room at night and was chased out. Called security. Heavy rain caused hallway to flood. WiFi did not work in room so had to use WiFi in main lobby only.

Well you get what you pay for!
Check in about 8 pm no refrigerator or microwave.Nothing in the room was plugged in. Not the TV or lamps nothing. I had some minor groceries with me. Reported the missing appliances on my way out, to the front desk. I left for a previous engagement. Returned approximately 11:40pm . Still no appliances in the room. I reported it again. VERY ANNOYED. 12:115am A security guard showed up with the appliances. Installed them and left. I put my groceries away nothing was spoiled. The floors were not swèpt and mopped. For two nights in a row iI had to kill roaches. There were sugar ants on the table. I didn't report it to the front desk cause I knew it wouldn't matter given the service i received beforehand. I well never return to this hotel I will tell my friends about this hotel but only to warn them. Recommend better hospitality and customer service training and a through room inspection after being serviiced.
