Fabulous, huge, 2100sf 2nd floor corner unit right next to the Main Pool and Clubhouse. Recently upgraded with a relaxing and modern style, with great views from the balcony over the pool area. Near all theme parks and across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal Studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

**One small dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.

THE SPACE
The spacious open floor plan has a living area with a huge sectional seating area, 60” Smart TV and dining area with seating for six. The kitchen with granite countertops is equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The den has a work space with a desk, a futon bed for one guest and a 55" Smart TV. Beyond the living area is a beautifully furnished balcony ideal for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee with a view of the main pool area. A full size laundry room means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

BED AND BATH
There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a King size bed with a 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and a vast master bathroom with his and hers vanities, oversized soaking tub, and large walk in shower. The guest suite has a King bed in one bedroom and two Full beds in the other. These rooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans, plus a full size family bathroom. All beds have top quality hybrid mattresses. We provide high quality cotton towels and bed linens.

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

Really nice Property in a great location
The Condo was very clean and nice. The location was great, close to the Convention Center where we were attending a Conference. There are several businesses within walking distance which was helpful without a car. A Publix Grocery Store, an excellent Breakfast Restaurant, several additional restaurants, a liquor store, cigar shop and even a Sushi Bar. The pool was under a significant renovation, but looks to be awesome when it is completed. Highly recommend this Property!

Enjoyed our stay. Positives: Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet location. Spacious. Decent TV and lots of living room seating. Negatives: Only reason for the one star downgrade is the pillows are super uncomfortable. Too overstuffed and firm. Plugs in room near bed to plug in phone chargers hard to access or too far away. Having something on bed table to plug into would help. Pool was great, but there is a couple arcade games (basket hoop game) outside of the community room next to the pool that are annoyingly loud when being played. Can’t relax at pool when kids or adults are playing them. We left the pool area one day because of it. Everything else was great.

Family friendly! Great space!
We have stayed at the Vista Cay Resort twice now (2019 and 2023). The property offers nice amenities and the easy access makes it ideal for coming and going to parks, malls, restaurants, etc. The Vista Cay Condo is very close to the pool. The only complaint I heard was that the hot tub was not hot. We used the beautiful walking path several times. The apartment gave us enough room to spread out. We didn't even use all the space it offered. The hosts were helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely go back to this property!

This rental was very well appointed. All furnishings were in good condition and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking aids such as measuring cups, grater, knife set, cutting board, several hand towels and a dish cloth, etc. The condo was spacious and the perfect size for a weeks stay. There is an area right by the door that would serve wonderfully as an office if you needed to get work done. The sectional in the living room was nice and provided plenty of space for lounging and movie nights. All of the beds were comfy and provided a good night's sleep. Both bathrooms were clean and spacious. No gross mildew growing out of corners or yucky shower heads. The master and master bath had ample room to move around and then some. And don't get me started on how excited I was to have a floor length mirror! The proximity to the pool was so nice. We could be there in a matter of minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Spent a week at this condo, there were 3 adults and a teenager. Very spacious layout, extremely clean, great location to pool as well as close to Disney parks. We had a great time and would definitely choose this same condo again! Very comfortable beds after long days at Disney.

Family Fun in Orlando
This unit was perfect for our extended family of 6. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We also liked the layout. There was plenty of space so that during our down time we were not bumping elbows. Lin was a gracious, helpful and funny host. The location was excellent 5-10 minutes from the amusement parks and groceries were around the corner. We had a couple of issues and he was so prompt in attending to them. Even changing out the ceiling fans so they worked with remotes! If or when I'm back in Orlando, I will definitely stay here again.

Email check in was perfect and understandable ( even for my 60 ish self). Property was larger than we expected from photo’s. My bed was delightfully comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well supplied and we used the pizza restaurant recommendation our first night. Wish we could have used the pool and other facilities but weather / time did not permit… Definitely keeping you in our files. 🤗❤️

Lovely & Convenient
We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay and it’s close proximity to the places we visited. The amenities in the room were nice and the children’s pool was perfect! My only complaints are the lack of trash receptacles in the condo and the hard mattresses. Otherwise, everything else was great.
