Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

THE SPACE
This lovely 2nd floor corner overlooks the main pool, and Lake Cay with sunrises, sunsets and Sea World fireworks. Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen. Light and bright with a large seating area and big screen Smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our huge dining table with fabulous views (also ideal as a boardroom table). The den is a quiet corner to relax with a book.

BED & BATH
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, Smart TVs with premium channel and HBO. All bedrooms have overhead fans. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom. Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink or enjoy breakfast while watching kids splashing in the pool or the bird life around Lake Cay. condo has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains!

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

Super Nice Vista Cay condo
This unit at Vista Cay was amazing! It was so incredibly spacious with so many storage closets and a large master walk-in closet, and the master bathroom had counter space for days. The unit was so tastefully appointed and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a beautiful view of the lake and you could also see the pool. The location could not be better as we were there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center but also so close to many restaurants/attractions. The kitchen was decently stocked and there was a high chair and I believe a pack-n-play as well as a stroller though I did not have young children. The unit was very clean also. Check in/out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and not all of the units are quite this nice nor do they have the view of the lake/pool - even some in the same building. We had our entire team staying at Vista Cay in different units so we were able to compare.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The unit was very clean and Lin was a pleasure to work with. She answered any questions I had promptly. Check in and out was very easy. We loved the location and it is very conveniently located to Universal Studios and Camping World Stadium. (We did not go to Disney) We were able to walk to Restaurants & shopping. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and walking trail around the lake. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay.

This property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, only thing was the windows, they were broken and it sounded like they were open. Made the rooms hot if the interior doors weren’t open and it was loud, since this condo is close to the pool. Hoping they get replaced before our next visit!

We had a wonderful time at the resort and enjoyed our condo very much. The condo was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Overall a good property with plenty of space. We were here for a conference and this property is walkable to the convention center south concourse, although we mostly took the shuttle. Would be a great option that is more affordable than some alternatives for a family taking in the activities in Orlando.

Amazing Stay
We loved this property, and will be back! We have stayed at many properties in the Orlando area and this was by far the best! The property of Vista Cay is very well maintained, we had a great view of the water with a wonderful balcony with patio furniture so we could sit and enjoy. Even better was the layout of the space, the furnishings and deco was as wonderful as you see online - there are NO surprises here! In fact we were surprised to find a high chair, and a pack and play - they have really thought of everything. We are pretty picky when looking for vacation rentals, we had the family with us there for the holidays and it was a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t have changed a thing an incredible property!

We've stayed in several units at this property over the years, and this was our favorite unit. The beds were comfortable with bedding that appeared to be new. The unit was in great condition and looked like everything was recently updated. We searched for a unit without carpeting that looked clean due to severe dust allergies. The unit was immaculate, and it's obvious that the cleaning service is thorough.
