Our home has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms-sleeps 11. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, making it the perfect choice for those travelers who prefer 1st floor living.
Each bedroom has a flat panel tv and cable tv package.
BBQ grill in included free of charge. Free long distance calling to US and Canada.
The house has a 60” HD TV, Mickey and Star Wars theme rooms and PS 4 with games for all ages.

South facing pool with no rear neighbors'!

The pie shape lot adds privacy as you won't have rear neighbors overlooking you at 10 feet away like other homes in this resort.

Note per Windsor Hills Community rules there is a 3 car maximum. Additional cars have to be pre-approved and are subject to availability of the over flow lot.

Windsor Hills is a Premier Vacation neighborhood in the Disney located 3 miles from the Disney Gate, and close to all of the major theme parks. This upscale gated community boast 24 hr. security, a community pool, new water slides and kid’s splash zone, games area, tennis courts and Movie Theatre. All of these amenities are included with stay! Convenience store on sight as well. Centrally located in Florida, and close to the major highways, this Windsor Hills luxury home allows visitors to easily visit beaches on either side the Atlantic Ocean side ( Cocoa Beach ) 50m ) or on the Gulf of Mexico side ( St Pete Beach 70m ) in an easy day visit. Other attractions within an easy drive include Cape Canaveral (1 hour), Daytona Beach and Speedway (1.5 hrs.). Nearby Professional sports teams include the Orlando Magic, Tampa Buccaneers, Tampa Bay rays, and Tampa Bay Lightning. Don’t forget in March the Grapefruit League baseball spring training is in full swing throughout Florida!

The space

One of the most important features of our home is that we offer a south facing pool so you can enjoy the sun any time of year and has no rear neighbors. Most south facing homes back right up to another property and are about 10 feet away from each other. Not my idea of relaxing! Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west limiting the amount of beautiful sun the pool our pool area will receive. We have one the premier lots in the neighborhood. The pie shape backyard orientation is simply one of the best and offers an enormous backyard bigger than most. This provides a fair amount of space and privacy for our pool.
Another great addition to the area is we have a large green space with a park directly across the street from our house which is a great feature. The home is center located and walking distance to the club house, three playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts.



Other things to note

A starter pack provided at the beginning of guest stays include: 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towel in kitchen, tabs for dishwasher and trash bags. Cleaning supplies, and food items such as salt & pepper, and sugar are not provided.

Shuttle and other car services are available from resort for an additional cost through other providers. Information can be provided upon request.

***Parents and guardians are responsible at all times for the supervision of children in the pool area. The pool fence is supplied and is recommended to be up and locked when pool is not in use.

Wonderful rental

We enjoy staying near the Walmart, Black Angus and the closeness of Disney when we come down. We enjoyed the safeness of the gated community. The game room, pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids and kept them active and not staring into their phones all the time. Fun time had by all.

Was good, but not jaw dropping.
First off, the owners are great at communicating. Check-in was easy, and understandable. The house was in a great area, minutes from everything including Disney. There were a few things that caused us to not give 5 stars. One thing were the bulbs burnt out in the game room. The lighting in there is awful to begin with, but with burnt out lights, its worse. That shoule be updated before we checked in. Next, the chairs at the "pull up counter" were covered in juice or sticky pop. All that said, this is actually a review on the property managers, not the owners. They could have done a better job getting the place ready for the next Tennant. Over all it was nice, would stay again, and we loved the gated community.

Great location, great host!
The house was exactly as described. Very Clean, updated, and spacious. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax. The host, Marcel, was very responsive to any inquiries during the stay. Had a problem with the microwave, and a temporary one was provided later that day while repair parts were being ordered. One thing about the community is the access restrictions for guests. We were in town for a youth team event, and getting team members to visit during downtime could have been a hassle, but Marcel (again) was very responsive in getting guests added to the list quickly. If you love to enjoy the pool deck, but are not a fan of neighbors staring at you….then stay here! The amount of space in the back yard is phenomenal when compared to many other properties in the area.

Marcel's place was well-equipped and exactly as advertised. It is walking distance to the Clubhouse and Waterpark and 10-15 minutes from most Orlando attractions. Marcel was V responsive to any questions and i recommend this house to any family visiting the area.

Beautiful property, met all of our needs
We were very happy with our stay at this house. It was spacious, had a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, we loved not having rear neighbors right on top of us, and the proximity to Disney parks can't be beat. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of some kitchen items (pantry, some dishes, dish towels) but the rest of the house was well cleaned. This is our second VRBO stay while going to Disney and we wonder why we ever stayed on property in the past! It is so wonderful to have an entire house to ourselves, with all the amenities, for less than the price of the cheapest Disney hotel room (where everyone is crammed into 1 room with no amenities). We would be happy to stay here again!

A Great Stay
We just returned from a week long trip in Orlando. We came for Universal Studios! The house met all of our needs: very clean, spacious, well stocked and a great pool and hot tub. The kitchen had a great supply of kitchen items that you could allow you to cook full meals everyday if you wanted. Check in was a breeze and coming and going was easy. The game room was a favorite for our entire crew! Marcel, our host, was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. While we didn’t do Disney this trip, the house is so close to those parks! Lots of restaurants, shopping options are nearby! It was a great vacation!

The house layout was awesome and matched the online pictures. The heated pool was just what we needed given the fluctuations in the weather. Week in Orlando for volleyball tournament
The house is exactly as listed. Very comfortable inside and lots of comfortable seating throughout the house. It has ample amount of space for 2 families to stay comfortably. The kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed to cook at the house. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for your rental. It is super convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as 1-4 and Disney parks.

Amazingly perfect!
The house exceeded our expectations and was even better in person. It’s the cleanest rental house I’ve ever stayed at, and in the perfect location. Plenty of space for the whole family, and we spent our non-park time as a family in the pool and game room. Our group consisted of grandparents (age 70-80), parents (ages 40-50), teenagers, and a child. My family kept thanking me for finding and booking this place. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool and patio is the perfect size. We travel together often and this was the best rental house we’ve ever found. Everyone was so happy with it. Don’t give it a second thought - book this house. I know I will book it again next time we are in the area. We made great family memories - it’s perfect!
