Our unit is the closest one to the Pool/Spa/Restaurant. Our Townhouse is an end unit with off street parking in front.

NEW LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM FURNITURE WITH 42inch FLAT SCREEN TV.

As you enter the foyer to the left is a full kitchen complete with dishes, glasses, utensils, full refrigerator and dishwasher etc. To the right you will find a junior suite with NEW Queen Bed and private full bath and it's own TV. Also on the main floor is a 1/2 bath and a large living room/dining room area with TV & DVD player. Our unit also has FREE WIFI IN HOME and internet modem for your computer hookup.

Description of the 2nd floor is a King Master Suite with NEW King Bed and private full bath and TV with a balcony that overlooks the pool/spa area. Upstairs also provides 2 additional bedrooms one with 2 single beds and 1 full size each w/TV's, plenty of closet space, full hall bath, washer and dryer.

Our unit is maintained very well with many upgraded features. New carpeting throughout, beds, living room and dining room furniture.

We are very local to many area attractions and nearby restaurants.

Conveniently located next to the resort is a full supermarket and shopping center.

Regal Palms Resort & Spa welcomes Banana Jack's™ to it's wide variety of popular amenities! Explore and be a part of the adventure at Banana Jack's™, the ultimate themed dining, resort arcade experience, sure to be Davenport's favorite fun spot for families.

Mandatory Resort fee $17.50 plus tax per day covers up to 8 guests. Resort fees are due when you check in. Resort fees are for access to pool, gym, upkeep of property grounds/24 hours security. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control and goes directly to resort.

We had adults on our trip and online the rooms listed were not the same Also the towels were not very good. They were really thin and do not check out a minute late or otherwise you will be charged a half day.We were at universal studio most of the day so we did not need any of the resort things.

Couldn't ask for more
The property was everything we hoped for and more. From the great location of the unit to all the amenities offered. A real bonus was the pool hours 8 am -11 pm was later than most places we've stayed at giving us the opportunity to relax in the hot tub after a long day of running around. With an on-site restaurant/bar/ice cream shop and a Publix a short walk off the property made taking a day or two off to just kick back very enjoyable. The friendly, helpful staff were awesome. I'd definitely return without searching elsewhere.

Awesome place and stay!
We were a family of 6 and easily had more than enough room to sleep, eat and play. All amenities were ready and available. Very close to the pool and super quiet community as well. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax inbetween park visits...you'll not regret it!

My family and I loved the townhouse and the amenities at Regal Palms! Everything was clean and convenient, and we were so close to the pool and clubhouse! It had everything we needed for an excellent vacation!
