Booking nightmare
Drove over 2 hours on New Year's Eve to a rental property only to find out that the owner booked it to someone else and then returned to my refund while I was standing on his front doorstep it was never an email telling me I wasn't going to be able to stay there or even gave me the chance to find somewhere else to stay he left me high and dry and I was crying I started Taco Bell parking lot for over 2 hours with customer service while I got a credit to stay somewhere else it was a complete terrible experience and I don't know if I'll ever use the company again and it was my first time ever using them also and I had this terrible experience

Great Neighborhood home
