This was the WORSE stay I have ever had in my life. THIS IS THE CHEAPEST AND DIRTIEST MOTEL IVE EVER SEEN. The rooms were dirty, the ac broken and flooding. People fighting in the hallways and knocking on the door at 5am. I was actually scared for my life. People sleeping on the stairs and in the parking lot. There were feces in the parking since one of the guest that “live” there left a dirty diaper on the parking so it got spreader all over. VERY UNSAFE, RUDE MANAGEMENT. The manager told us that he could only send maintenance which took really long to arrive giving attitude. Only one person was nice enough to offer us a room change after we got locked out. But the ac on that second room didn’t work. I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY. I checked out 3 days before I was due to and booked another hotel and they told me no refund would be applied for those days.. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Everyday was a different person in the front desk complaining about something different.

You get what you pay for and little else
While in a prime location on international drive the hotel suffers from noisy guests, dated decor and a cleaning team that hadn’t visited once in the 10+ days we stayed here. Security was also an issue as doors to the room would open regardless of whether you used the keycard provided or not and would still open to people entering the room even if locked from the inside. Staff friendliness was definitely a bonus but not enough for it’s faults

They should be ashamed of themselves. This is by far the worst hotel in the area. I’m a frequent visitor, don’t let the name of the chain impress you.

There was people up yelling and screaming all hours of the night and day. Extremely strong smell of marijuana and people cussing each other out. Says offers breakfast …. Just juice and coffee is served for breakfast out of the most filthy dispenser I’ve ever seen. Trash all over the property. Staff is very rude and not helpful. Was the worst stay I’ve ever had. I would’ve been safer at a crack house more than likely.

I didn’t like anything about this property! I don’t even understand how this place is an option on Expedia. My husband and I were very disappointed about our room and we didn’t feel comfortable/safe. The room was completely unsanitary. For starters, we reserved a room with a king bed and they told us they didn’t have any available. In our room there was paint peeling off the ceiling and looked like it was going to fall onto us while sleeping. The headboard is falling apart, the sheets look dirty, there was a used fork beneath the desk. The room smelled like cigarettes, the toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall, there was feces that someone wiped on the wall in the bathroom by toilet, Also there was disgusting tissue stuck to the wall by the bed. Overall the pictures in the description we saw online were very deceiving. The “hotel” advertised that they offered breakfast and had a pool. While we were there they only offered coffee and juice; oh what a breakfast! And there was a sign on the pool that read KEEP OUT! PLEASE DON’T PATRON THIS PLACE!

El lugar no debería estar recibiendo huéspedes ya que no está apto para recibir adecuadamente a las personas en las habitaciones. Comenzare diciendo que la persona que recibe a los huéspedes no es nada amable, los alrededores del hotel están completamente sucios y sin cortar la grama, había agua por todos los pasillos, los pasillos no tenían buen alumbrado, los huéspedes pasean a todas horas por los pasillos incluso con perros, ahí gritos, personas peleando en los pasillos y divagando, en el cuarto hay mal olor, las puertas están cabreadas, hay cucarachas y ratones, las sábanas mal puestas y manchadas con no sé qué, el baño es una pesadilla, terminaré por decir que una vez abrí la puerta de la habitación, la cerré y caminé hacia el lobby para inmediatamente hacer el check out, tuve que volver al carro de alquiler que estaba usando y buscar otro hotel a último momento, situación con la que no contaba ya que además estaba con mis 4 hijos. En fin, una pesadilla de hotel.

This location needs to be demolished.. roaches everywhere, dust very unclean, everything outdated? People sleeping in the hallways, looked like the projects. So sad. I stayed here 10 years ago. It was not like this.

Their website suggested that they offer breakfast there was no breakfast included at all the pool was dirty where the staff asked the patrons not to go into the pool there were no amenities no ironing board no iron no blower no vending machines the rooms smelled like mold and mildew there was shortage on towels and we had to return the towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones the rooms were not cleaned unless you ask housekeeping to come in and sweep and mop your room and throw away the garbage there were people hanging out in and around the facility the police arrested a lady who refused to check out it was a disaster the pictures the little dated look way better than the actual facility the rugs in the room and the beds themselves look like they found them in the Salvation Army

When we got there I was able to open my door without the key card. As soon as I opened my door, the roof was leaking and looked as if it were falling apart. The carpet was stained and the bathroom smells of urine.

I cancelled the stay after trying 3 rooms. The first one was on a second floor and I can’t use stairs. The second one had a strong cigarette smell and the third one had 2 full beds instead a king bed as my reservation. They said they were sold out and didn’t have another room with my reservation description. So I cancelled and still waiting for my refund.

I was satisfied with both the service and the customer service. There is a need for major cosmetic repairs to the building. Towels that are stained should be thrown away. There was dust and stains on the furniture and carpet. Everything was fine with the bed.

My reservation was for two people when I got into my room there was one hand towel and one face cloth. The following day when I went to front desk they told me they would send housekeeping to provide more towels. Several hours later when I still had no towels I was told I need to come back to front desk at 5-6 pm to get towels. When I got back to the hotel at 11 pm I was told they only had one set. I was never provided with additional towels. Mt bed only had a bottom sheet, blanket and a sheet on top of the blanket, no sheet under the scratchy cheep blanket. The dresser drawers never shut if you closed them they would roll right back open again. The shower did not have hot water, no mater how much you cranked it it just would flow harder at room temperature, the sink had hot water so I know it worked and it was hot. This was considered a renovated room because it had faux hard wood floors nothing else indicated it was a renovated room. They also did not return my id when I signed in, I luckily realized this before I left. They never offered it to me or attempted to return it to me, they seen me at the front desk multiple times knew my room number, reservation was in my name, no excuse to not return my ID.
