Our beautiful home has just been newly decorated and fully re-furnished to a very high standard, throughout. New carpets and luxury vinyl and tile.

This home offers over 1800 square feet of living space with an attractive enviable SOUTH facing, lakeside position. No neighbours to the rear except nature.

Luxury toiletries provided in washrooms . You will be started with 2 large white kitchen garbage bags and a large black garbage bag. 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen. 2 toilet rolls for each washroom. Starter pack of dishwasher tabs and a bottle of dish detergent.

The beautiful pool and deck area features a covered lanai, ceiling fan, 6 pool loungers, table & chairs for outdoor dining and comfortable seating to relax in and enjoy the beautiful lake view.

The fantastic lounge overlooking the pool area features brand new leather sectional chaise lounger and recliner,with 55" 4K Smart Roku TV with Spectrum TV and stereo with iPod connection, , unlimited WI FI fast speed100 MB/sec , with an adjacent dining room tastefully decorated with table and chairs for formal dining. Breakfast bar has 2 stools for a casual snack.

The spacious central kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences pots, pans, silverware and dinnerware as well as a pub style table/ chairs for informal dining. Keuring coffee make for those who enjoy this!

The king master suite, with new King mattress and box spring and with LCD flat screen 32' TV has a fantastic view to the pool and lake, the large master bathroom has granite counters, twin vanities, shower stall, corner soaker tub and separate toilet, large walk in closet with safe for your use.

The second bedroom is a newly decorated queen size room, new mattresses and with a 32' LCD TV.

The third and fourth bedrooms are both colourfully decorated, twin rooms with the second bathroom shared.

Main washroom recently remodelled has granite counters, tub shower combo and toilet.

Laundry room adjacent to Kitchen has a full size washer and dryer. Pool towels there.

All linens, Egyptian cotton towels, pool towels and beach towels in garage are provided for your use.

Great Property, Excellent Place To Stay!
The property is exactly as advertised. Our trip focus was going to the Disney and Universal parks, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the home - but the time we spent there was great! Clean, spacious and adequately appointed. We had the pool heated, which the kids enjoyed in the evenings. Considering morning traffic, /-20 mins from Disney parks, and /-35 mins from Universal parks. Check in /check out procedure was simple and efficient. Neighborhood was quiet as indicated, which is nice for a family. We would definitely stay here again. Cheers!

Amazing hosts and Beautiful Villa
Donna and Micheal what can I say just amazing hosts from start to finish. Their home is beautiful soon as we arrived we just felt at home the place was super clean tidy everything we needed they had. The location is amazing and we were close to everything, I felt safe in the area and we met the locals on new year eve they were all so lovely and we as a family enjoyed watching their dancing and fireworks celebrating nye.The pool area was heated and was lovely to sit watch all the birds and even a deer next to the pond . It’s just beautiful your home is now our happy place and I feel I will always have a piece of your home within my heart we will back I promise and can’t wait toBook again with you both.

This villa is very beautiful, communication with the owners was excellent and very quick with replies, we had to contact management company who also are very friendly helpful and very professional, a problem we had was sorted within half an hour. We had a wonderful time here! The home had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating and beds. We loved spending time outside in the pool. You can tell the home is very well cared for. We were about 20 min from all the Disney parks and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow. This house was great. We loved staying here. It was clean, large and had a wonderful pool with a view. Location was perfect. Near EVERYTHING. Can't go wrong with that. Was very comfortable, nice pool, everything you need for your vacation. Not too far from the parks and lots of shopping. Only complaint was that the mattresses in the master and queen bedrooms were very sunken in and in need of replacement.

Easy, short drive to any of the Disney parks. Plenty of dishes to do your own cooking for meals. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long day at one of the parks. The only disappointment was the pool heater broke a couple of days before our stay and it wasn’t able to fixed or replaced while we were there. Overall a good experience.

Pool issues
The reason we booked this rental was because it had a south facing pool. I emailed the owner and requested pool heat which I then paid for. The pool was cold and on the third day the property guy came to look at it and confirmed the heat would not come on because the fuse kept tripping. Yes we got our money back but we never got to use the pool. Sad really as it spoiled our impression of the house.

Great standard villa, beautiful location, superb communication from owner. Highly recommend!!
We’ve stayed in many a Florida villa, and as anyone can attest to that has too, they tend to have similar issues. Things like the shower drains too slow so you stand in a puddle, the corners of the rooms aren’t clean enough, the pool isn’t quite warm enough & is tatty etc etc etc ***This Villa is a breath of fresh air, it’s clean, the air-con works effectively, the pool is HOT, the standard of finish is good, the owners are a pleasure to speak with……it’s just perfect. Even after the visit, we have received such great care from the owners. We left my sons favourite teddy behind, they were quickly on the case, located it, and have arranged his safe travel back to UK with the next occupants that were staying right after us. The location is perfect, quiet neighbourhood so no late night speeding around, beautiful lake view and pool meant we didn’t miss not having a central community pool area. Easy driving distance for everything, parks, 192 & Old Town area, beaches all in easy reach. We loved it and will definitely be booking again. Don’t spend days on the VRBO searching nightmare, just book this place, you won’t regret it.

Overall a great place
The neighborhood was okay. Looks to be an older community. The house was well kept. My only complaint was that we weren't able to use the pool heat due to the pool surface getting treated. It was mid October with lows in the mid 50's. My kids got in but the water was COLD. For the price, this was a great deal.

The property was wonderful. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. The house was just as pictured. It had very comfortable furniture, beds were great. Very spacious, kitchen had new appliances and all the cookware you could possibly need. Pool was fantastic and where I spent a hours daily. I highly recommend and hope to return.

Beautiful villa, with everything you need. Location is perfect for visiting the parks, but also easy access to the I4 allowing coastal trips without any stress. There’s a large Walmart a stone’s throw away for easy shopping. A perfect location to base yourself to explore Orlando or further afield

The Villa was more than adequate for our family party 4 adults and 2 children. The pool is lovely and the waterfront beyond was a great view. We were able to cook full meals in the kitchen and made use of the washer and dryer.

We stayed here for 19 nights with family for our wedding. We are from Scotland and from the moment we arrived we fell in love with this villa. It's spacious, homely, and welcoming. The pool area gets the sun all day, plenty of loungers and shaded spot if needed. This villa is very well equipped for everything your family will need, and we really appreciated the kitchen and washing facilities. Michael and Donna are superb hosts from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. They have loved and treasured this villa not only as a rental but as a second home.
