I would give this place a second chance.
Everything was awesome except the walls are very thin! You can hear everything. There was someone running up and down the halls (we were on the first floor). We had to wake up at 2:30 AM for our 6 AM holiday travel. So I was too exhausted to call the front desk to complain. Then you could hear every door slam and conversations coming from both rooms in between. Other than that, the restaurant food was good and bar service great. Front staff was super pleasant.

We had to have maintenance come to the room because the a/c wouldn’t stop running. We were told the unit needed a part that they didn’t have and we would have to let it run or turn it off completely. So it ran all night at a temperature that we could live with. Also the refrigerator had to be turned off because it was running all the time. We had to pay to park which was listed on the website but buried in the listing, and their WiFi was not free, you had to join their group to use it.

Will definitely stay here on our next trip to FL
We only stayed one night on our way to our next destination. I wish we could have stayed longer. Staff was very accommodating, the room was large, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Plus the distance to the airport was convenient.

Great stay for a quick sleep after flight before getting on a cruise. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only minor issue is our shower drain wouldn’t stay open so water stayed in the tub, but not a big deal we just propped it open with a folded coaster. Overall great stay and would stay there again
