Flooring coming up all through lobby. Toilet never worked. Ice machines appeared dirty. Shower head filthy. High amount of wear and tear everywhere. Beds were comfortable though

The room was spacious and clean. Check in was terrible cause the computer was down but Crystal was very patient with us and eventually was able to get us our key so we could go to our room.

Unfriendly staff at check in. Breakfast awful. No milk, no bread, no juice only waffles. Staff completely indifferent and not interested. One staff member on her phone the whole time and clearly did not like being disturbed when we asked for milk. Pool was filthy.

We stayed during Hurricane Milton. The staff there went above and beyond to make sure we were all safe and happy. Grab and go breakfast was well stocked and coffee always made and replaced. Very happy we picked this place!

This is my second time staying here, and it's great location-wise. The shower water didn't get hot enough, and the back door of the property doesn't seem to lock. Outside of those two things, it was a nice stay.

Room was Good. Property was not well maintained. Elevator was constantly messy. Hallway on my floor smelled of marijuana being smoked in one of the rooms. The young African-American black front desk attendant was excellent and is a great attribute to the hotel.

Staff were lovely. Bummed that pool is closed. Room smells a bit like old cigarette smoke but was nice and clean. Breakfast is totally fine. Walls seemed thick -didn't hear neighbors. Overall just fine.
