I chose my vacation home in Terra Verde Resort because it is a great place to stay in the Sunshine State and have a great time with your family or friends.
Terra Verde offers a variety of activities to all ages and sports fans.
Also a Fitness Center, Theater Room, playground, fishing lake, tiki bar and many other amenities.
I felt in love with this house because it is one of the best locations in Terra Verde.
Just a short walk to Clubhouse and a Lakeview from the Master bedroom with stunning sunset views.
I decided to renovated the whole house since flooring to all furniture. All mattresses, sofa, dresser and everything else.
The A/C system is brand new so you can enjoy Florida heat with comfort.
The SPA is brand new as well so guests also can stay at home and relax.
All bedrooms and Living Room have a flat Smart TV with cable installed. Living Room has also a DVD player and sound system.
In the house we have board games, DVD movies and books for rainy days.
The door is keyless system and with a private code to every guest. So you don't need to worry about losing keys, meeting someone or late check-ins.
My townhouse is kids friendly and being a mother I know how hard it is to travel with kids and all stuff we need to carry.
So you will find in the house to use as courtesy a portable crib, high chair, car seat, umbrella stroller, that you may take to the parks if you don't want bring yours.
You will have assistance to all your needs since I live in Orlando.
My goal is offer to all my guests a great and unforgettable time.
I am sure you won't regret stay in my house and you will comeback.

We stayed here when we vacationed at Disney. The location is good, about a 30 minute drive to most attractions. The property is located in a nice community with nice amenities. We wished we had one more day to stay and just relax at the condo and to enjoy the pool and the grounds. It was clean and as described. The owner was accommodating for our needs. We recommend this place.

Perfect getaway
Our unit was clean & had thoughtful extras available. Pool towels & even a baby bouncer (we didn’t need this but it’s there) kitchen appliances including an air fryer. I personally appreciated the fridge being empty I’m not one to use left over refrigerated items. The hot tub had crystal clear water & was a wonderful treat. Property itself is wonderful. Very friendly atmosphere and pool & other public areas very nice and clean. Tiki bar had great drinks and snacks. The pond is a nice feature with the ducks and we were lucky enough to see lots of baby ducks. It was fun feeding them all and watching them waddle / run to the gate when you open the sliding door … they knew food was coming. We brought our fur baby & enjoyed walking him around the property. Everyone was friendly and mindful to keep the grass clean. Very relaxing and enjoyable time. Oh & the internet works great (for those who have to mix work with vacation) Definitely will be returning.

Terre Verde Getaway
Great clean and updated condo with a very responsive host. The condo is well stocked with all you could need for a short or long stay. The resort is in a great location and has a wonderful pool area with very helpful and friendly staff. We will be going back for our 4th year next year and our 3rd year with Ulda. She knows how to take care of you!

Fall Break
Decided to take our boys to Universal for fall break. Found this lovely place on the site. It was a great place and the owners were very responsive. Would recommend a few things. Would be nice to have a log book so you could see what others thought. Also a map of the village would be nice so you would know where to find everything.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect, everything we needed to feel right at home and the property was great. We loved the lake area and the wildlife around the lake, plus the pool, tiki area and all amenities were really great!! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect home away from home!
This home was clean and convenient for me. My niece flew in for a couple of days to assist me and it was peaceful and safe area. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very easy to communicate with! Would stay again!

Everything was great!
We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was as the listing states.We only had two minor problems. One was that the master bedroom's tv screen was out that really wasn't a big deal to us. The other was showerhead in other bathroom was broke. Other than that everything was great. Great neighborhood and location too.

Exactly as presented
The home is exactly as shown, cute and clean with everything you could need. Even a diffuser hair dryer! 30 minutes or less to Parks, easy drive. Beautiful walking path around the little lake. Very nice!

The Perfect Spot
We are a family of 4 who were looking for a place to stay that was convenient to Disney World and we found it! The community is gated, which was really nice. The unit was exactly like the pictures; very clean and our host, Ulda, took extra measures to make us feel welcome and right at home. The beds were all very comfortable. Ulda was also very responsive and gave us clear instructions to follow for check in and check out. We cannot comment on the amenities offered in the community because we did not have time to take advantage of them, but they looked really nice as we drove by! We would highly recommend this place for your next family adventure. Heartfelt thank you to Ulda! See you next time!

Would stay here again, clean and relaxing
Great place to stay. Close to Disney. It was any where from 20-30 minutes from anything Disney. We had breakfast at Ohanas, Ale and Compass and Boma, all which are at the Disney resorts and would take around 20- 25 minutes to get there. However, Florida traffic is something else so be prepared wherever you stay at off Disney/Universal resorts.We also went to Universal and gps stated it was a 45 minute drive but really turned into a 30 minute drive. Property was quiet and clean. You do have to check into the front gate whenever you first arrive and they direct you to the club house for check in. Once inside they provide you with some pamphlets with information for the on-site restaurant, how they pick up trash, and other useful tips. They offer a $25 access card (optional) to be able to pass security and access the gate. We purchased the card and bypassed all the people checking in daily.(would recommend getting)There were some broken screens on the property but the owner said she would take care of it.It was not a big deal for us. We spent most of our days in the parks so we just came home to rest, sleep and shower.(Spent Christmas at the parks) Overall not a bad property and would stay here again.

Condo seemed fine. Hot tub did not work which was very disappointing. Condo just seemed dated and had a strong musty smell. Gated property was nice as it was not in the best area but was very close to Disney.
