Not impressed at all
From the start, the stay here was rough. I never received an entry code and spent over 45 minutes once I arrived at the property at my checkin time calling both Hotels.com and the property manager to no avail. Ended up having to get the key out of the box and use that the entire time because the key pad didn’t work. There was no comforter on the master bed and no blankets in any closet. There weren’t enough towels for everyone who stayed and 3 of the 5 bathrooms had zero toilet paper. No paper towels or napkins in the entire house. Parking in the driveway is basically limited to two cars, without blocking the sidewalk, and that wasn’t disclosed on the booking. The master TV never would turn on, and the TV in the living room didn’t have basic cable. We tried to watch Amazon Prime, but it was set to Spanish and we never could get that fixed either. So, we weren’t able to watch even a football game all weekend long during our stay. Overall, the house was nice and spacious, but it has horrible property management and necessities. For the price I paid, I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.
