A great house to tent
Overall the house was great. If we would rent this house again we would not pay to heat the pool or sauna. The temps were too cold to enjoy and the pool wouldn't heat very high. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Beautiful home!
The house was exactly as described.. be forewarned though if you're going to rent, just pay the extra to heat the pool because it was freezing without it! We paid the extra money, and the pool was literally like bath water! It was wonderful!

Wouldn’t stay here again
Neighborhood has very narrow streets. We drove down with a 20 foot RV which actually fit in the driveway perfectly without blocking the sidewalk. We received an email at 9pm when we were getting ready for bed that RVs weren’t allowed in the neighborhood and if we didn’t remove it immediately it would be towed. I had to stay in it that night to prevent it from being towed. Then I had to pay to keep an empty RV at an RV park for a week. I also had to get a rental car for a week to get the family around Orlando. I knew nothing of the no RV policy before the trip. The pool has no heat and that round part of the pool is not a hot tub. You have to pay extra to use the BBQ grill. Otherwise not the worst rental in the world.

Visit with Grandkids and Disney Day!
My husband and I visited for almost 2 weeks and very much enjoyed our condo. It was very clean, great pool and super location to visit our kids and grandkids. We also love to shop and love the Disney Parks. This location was perfect for us. The town of Clermont is also great! We’re from a small town in Wisconsin and Clermont gives us that hometown feel. Enjoyed every minute. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Upon arrival, we were unimpressed with the neighborhood where this house is located. The house is okay but very dated. The ice maker is completely missing from the freezer. We spotted and killed 5+ cockroaches while staying at the house. The pool was clean but we did pull out clumps of hair from the pool. The A/C was a slow go but eventually did cool the house. After contacting the management company we did have two bags of ice brought to us. The LR ceiling fan was not working upon arrival but they did have someone come out to fix that. The garbage disposal stunk but again the maintenance guy did come out and get rid of the smell. If you have AT&T, THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! We could not make any calls at all. We had to drive out of the neighborhood to make calls. It was absolutely awful!!!!!! Obviously this is not the property at fault but if you have AT&T DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We stayed a week and got by but I would not stay here again. When I contacted the management company about the cockroaches I did not get any response. Renter beware! The mattresses in the house are horrible and very uncomfortable. I think this property has so much potential but the owners really need to update the house and all kitchen supplies and appliances. They also need to buy better mattresses, the current ones are terrible. Additionally, having cockroaches in the kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom was very gross.

You Get What You Pay For (Not Much)
The listing is accurate but there's just no way to list how cheap and bare-bones everything was. ONE ceiling fan in the whole house, and it didn't work. Super thin walls and cheap appliances. And the cheapness of the provisions: No condiments (not even salt and pepper!), TWO dishwasher pods, no soap or sponges in the kitchen, ONE roll of toilet paper in a bathroom for 3 people??. We spent over $600 on the stuff that a lot of other rentals come with - I mean, no salt and pepper? Really? We decided that this rental agency is the equivalent of Spirit Airlines. Yes you can fly for $99, and you can stay here for $225/night (with fees), but the final cost is much higher. We had to buy a box of dishwasher tabs, a box of washing machine pods, boxes of tissue paper, a package of toilet paper, sponges and dish soap, a pack of paper towels, and about $100 worth of basic condiments and spices so we could cook in-house. All things considered we could've saved money AND had a nicer place if we'd just looked for a more complete rental.

Horrible Experience
First we get to the property looking forward to spending time in the pool and to see the pool was green. Screen enclosure dirty and filthy. Beds were all messed up with bad mattress and squeaky noises. Ceiling fan was not working, ac didn’t work properly at night. We checked the thermostat and it was on 72 but wasn’t cooling enough. No vertical blinds only clear curtains. House is really not a 9 out of 10. I would think that for a rental property it would be more updated but unfortunately it wasn’t. It was a really disappointing experience.

Overall Good Experience
The neighborhood and home were lovely. Check in had a minor hiccup that I think was just a communication issue between whoever takes the messages and the actual manager of the home. We found some mold on the coffee/keurig and we found two tapcon metal screws in the pool. There is a drain cover from the pool that was detached and sitting on the patio. Overall the home was great, plenty of amenities and linen/towels. Only other concern we noticed was that leaving the AC between 73-75 the home would be at 78-81 degrees in the early evenings. Thank you guys for a great experience!

It was a short vacation, but the house was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our family group of 9. If I can recommend anything to the owner, is to increase the toilet paper and garbage bag's stock, because we ran out of them before leaving the place. This could be depending on the quantity of people at home and if not used, it should be left in the home.

Overall the house was accommodating and did meet the basic on-line description somewhat but there was one important aspect of the stay that was very disappointing and unacceptable. The bed mattresses in all bedrooms were ridiculously uncomfortable. I would say at the least they were very old and worn out. It was impossible to get much sleep at all. They were like sleeping on cheap hide-a-beds. I would not recommend this VRBO unless the owner is willing to invest in new mattresses. VRBOers beware! .

Christmas in Orlando
I rented this property to treat my son and dad to a Christmas vacation. I also wanted to have extra space in the event other family members decided to join us. We were also traveling with my son's service dog. Finding nice animal friendly properties can be a challenge. The home and neighborhood were quiet, with the exception of fireworks and gunshots on Christmas Eve evening. We were not prepared for that experience. For the most part, the home was great. I only have two things that stood out. A roach came out during our first night. We alerted management and purchased bug spray. We did not see any other bugs the rest of our stay. Lastly, The cookware in the kitchen was limited. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and I was bound to cook at some point. There was only one small frying pan and one huge pot to cook with. I think the owners should purchase a full set of cookware and bake ware for the unit.

Nice place in a muture neighbourhood
The support provided by Dan and his company was amazing. They were quick to respond and deal with any issues. The maintenance staff are excellent. The location was perfect. A nice residential area with mature trees. The pond out back was an added bonus. It was great to see all the ducks, cranes and herons. The pool was great as was the games room. Both were enjoyed by all. The outside of the house was neat and well painted. There was nothing that you wouldn't expect to see at a rental in a high tourist area.

We had a good time. Close to Disney and shopping and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were nice. Kitchen lacked some essentials, play room lacking equipment (paddles and ping pong balls)...and get rid of the shag throw rug in living room! Lots of bedrooms and it is quiet and was a pleasant experience. Nice neighborhood and dog friendly pet walk areas. Felt safe and secure.

Welcome package caused stress!!
We have rented many houses in the Kissimmee area over the years. This house is beautifully decorated and in a great subdivision. The view from the pool is very private. Very close to Disney, stores and restaurants. The negatives were about the welcome package. It included a lot of additional charges if something happened. Additional charges regarding the garbage and air conditioner(e.g., turn air below 72 and if the air conditioner freezes up, you will be charged). Kitchen was really lacking cooking tools to feed 9 people. Food was cooked in stages as pans were not big enough. No cookie sheets and one tea towel. The positives certainly out weighed the negatives!!

Comfortable Florida Stay
Overall my stay at this location was a good one! Definitely had a relaxing time at the location, considering that while we weren’t at the house we were at the parks. My only complaints are that the house didn’t appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The couch smelled funky, like it needs to be deep cleaned. The bathroom in the king’s suite wasn’t properly cleaned either, there was dried up urine on the base of the toilet. These are minor issues, but they’re what stood out to me. One other thing esas that the listings stated that two fog the bedrooms had queen beds, but one of them was actually a full. Again, a minor issue, but it’s there nonetheless. The pool was comfortable, just had to be cleaned regularly before, during, and after every use because of the amount of critters floating around in it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My friends and I had a really good time staying here. Thank you for everything!
