Clean convenient, walking distance to Disney springs. Free shuttle to the parks. And we LOVED built the built in coat rack/shoe organizer in the entryway- it helped us maximize the space and stay organized

I usually stays here whenever I go to Disney because it’s walking distance to Disney Springs. I really like this hotel. The only little thing this time was the room not being available at check-in time. I can understand that I guess but no one called me to let me know when my room was ready. Not a big big deal and will still stay there next time.

Outside area looked nice. Does have Disney transportation just not for the special mickeys not so scary Halloween party. Disney springs is a 5 min walk depends on which side of the hotel you stay at. Rooms were older and only negative I have is we found roach in our room on the last night before leaving or at least only one we actually saw.

Majority of the people working at the Hotel did not speak English! It was extremely frustrating to converse with them when we needed something or just to ask directions! Our sink faucet leaked every time used it and the shower head dripped every time you took a shower. Took hours to regulate the air conditioning. The room was so cold it took a day to bring up the temperature. We feel the cleaning crew lowered it to keep the mold smell in the room down. No blankets in the the room or on the bed. First night slept with shirts and sweaters on. Sorry will definitely not be back nor recommend this Hotel to anyone!

The cleaning staff were at our door at 9:00 am and check out wasn’t until 11:00 am. That’s the only thing that would be a complaint from me.
