Easy Check In and friendly staff. Overall the stay was good, bed comfortable, very easy to find and near a lot of stores/restaurants. The one sore point was the smell of the bathroom. We had a staff member come help on the 2nd night of our 4 night stay, they attempted to clean the toilet but the smell persisted after. I would recommend having a thorough clean of the bathroom if possible.

Staff is exceptional. Property is very clean. The only thing I'm really not fond of is the standard rooms are very tiny. There are isn't even enough room to open up a luggage, let alone 2 luggages. If you're traveling alone with only a carry-on luggage. The hotel is excellent just book a bigger room if you plan on staying here.

Good value, modern, clean hotel, that’s well located near dotonbori. Enjoyed this stay with family. Only downside was hefty charge for lost key card. Seemed unreasonable.

Very nice and clean, but rooms a bit small.
Overall it’s a nice looking hotel and very clean. Very nice staff. Location is close to Dontonbori. Central to many sites in Osaka. That said, we found the rooms and bathrooms to be quite small. Nice breakfast options were a nice touch. Would use again.

Great location. Hotel foyer is a vibe & staff are fantastic, very helpful & speak basic English. The triple rooms a tight squeeze but has everything you need. Room servicing was good. Concenient store directly across the road.

The staff was very friendly and helpful..The location was convenient for shopping and meals. Buffet breakfast was reasonable and convenient. The room is very small but we managed.

Location is amazing and so close to shopping areas, and restaurants. We only used public transport once and walked everywhere from the hotel. However, the rooms are tiny. We booked a "4 person" room for our family of 4. The rooms are barely big enough for a couple, so be warned... the family rooms are NOT suited for 4 people. They are so small you can only open one suitcase at a time. We are not big people either.
