A Spa Hotek
I love their Spa. After walking all day, it is so nice to soak in the spa. Location is perfect. 10 min walk to Dotonbori,15-20 min walk to Kuromon Market and Shinsaibashi Market. I have stayed in several hotels and this hotel charges a lot for breakfast. Also, they don’t offer any amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, cream and etc… overall, a nice hotel.

Candeo Osaka Namba features a top floor onsen and large rooms and beds. It is in a lively area with shops and restaurants. We had a good stay here, but it wasn’t the cleanest or best maintained.

We loved the hotel. The area is very high traffic, so it’s a busy hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The subways are close to the hotel so you can get to Nara, Kyoto, and other places in a short time. The only issue we had was with drunk people in the alley outside throwing a metal trash can around and screaming at each other around 2am during a weekend. It’s good to bring a white noise machine with you if you stay here.

I like this brand because their stuff and the spa. I don’t know what happened this time with the cleaning level, it was not in the level I use too - mainly in the rooms and corridors. The spa cleanings was OK.

The property is in a very walkable and convenient area with lots of food and shopping options. It was also an easy walk from where the airport shuttle bus drops off. Stayed as a family of 4 (2 school aged children). Our room was very small, and the sofa bed is very hard. We were happy with the bathroom, but honestly could have done with fewer amenities because they take up precious counter space. The breakfast was great though, with sufficient options. Sky spa was fine, separated by gender. The outdoor bath was refreshing but the area could have used an extra bathroom.

***BE CAUTIOUS*** My girlfriend and I left 2 days early from our stay due to loud noises throughout the day and night. You can hear the next door and people above talking/walking. Ceilings are low so the noise coming from upstairs was extra loud. When we booked our stay it says we had a choice to choose 2 large twin or a queen bed but when we got there they said I didn't have a choice and just received the twin bed room. The bed was not comfortable and our sheets were never changed. My girlfriend and I got bug bites all over our legs and feet's. We had originally booked a 4 night stay but we left 2 days/1 night early because we couldn't deal with the issues during our vacation. We would have left sooner but we already booked our bullet train for the end of our stay so we tried to tough it out. We couldnt handle it anymore so we just ended up buying new tickets so we can leave earlier. Pros - the hotel is a short walk from dontonburi nightlife and food. -There is a freezer in the fridge.

Terrible reservation system I've ever seen
I had no idea my reservation would have been made so imperfectly. My family consists of 2 adults and 2 children, and although I entered the ages of each child at the time of reservation, neither Candeo Hotels nor Hotels.com provide a way to verify the ages of the children included in my reservation. didn't Nevertheless, Hotels.com did not provide any evidence or confirmation method other than the reply that I had set the ages of all my children to 0. I clearly entered the ages of both children. Even assuming I hadn't entered the ages of my two children, Hotels.com should have provided a clear way to verify the reservations I had made. Not only did I not get a way to verify the ages of 2 kids from Candeo Hotels and Hotels.com, but I also saw Hotels.com offer the hyped accommodations for 5 people. I complained logically about this issue several times, but Hotels.com did not make any efforts to correct this issue, and only relied on staff and chatbots with poor communication skills. My family and I's trip was cut short by Hotels.com's poor systems and staff, and I was very, very disappointed. I paid unwanted extra fees to Candeo Hotel and wasted a lot of time. I have been encouraging my family and friends to use Hotels.com, but now I am planning to stop and will work hard to prevent Hotels.com's system from causing any further damage.

I stayed 5 nights .. but every morning i had to see the cleaner stuffs on narrow isle. I thought cleaner systems is something wrong…… Need to be corrected that system… and I used washing machine two times…. My laundry was not dried fully due to bad cleaning of dusty of machine … no manger of cleaning at all. I won’t visit again.

Great location, clean and well equipped. The onsen was a lovley addition. The room was a bit on the smaller size compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan and wifi coukd have been better. Overall a good stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

The property is situated between stops which makes it convenient to walk to as they were either 5-10mins walk away. It is also right next to an underground shopping and dining mall. AEON supermarket was only 5min walk away which was opened 24hrs! All 3 convenient stores were within walking distance (7-11 Lawson & Familymart). Not to mention the famous Dotonburi was only 5mins walk away. Loved the onsen and common resting area provided on the top level.
