beautiful hotel, great lobby, and most staff were excellent & professional. No air conditioning in a 33-story hotel. Weather was warm and humid and room was uncomfortable from a/c perspective. Opened the small window to try to get air in - had to listen to traffic noise all night long. Typical of a European hotel - hardly top rate.

This hotel Radisson in Oslo has the best breakfast served. They have variety to choose from and the stir fried vegetables with fried rice in the breakfast was A+ It shows they really think carefully and consider their Asian customers and other cultures. The best breakfast ever❣️I wish all Radisson is the same, but it’s not. Only in Oslo Radisson has the stir fried vegetables and fried rice. The potato was also deliciously prepared💝💝💝

So this is suppose to be very well rated Raddison hotel, £200 per night…well. On arrival bed was far too soft. We went to reception to ask for a firmer mattress and we got told no probs… great! When we got back from dinner what we got for firmness was a 9mm ply wood under the topper of the mattress, I thought that was a joke! Took the ply in the elevator to reception and queued to get served. I got told that is what they do, however everyone including management agreed that they don’t sleep on planks of ply specially for £200 per night. This was a very strange experience and I would stay away from this place!

The property is excellent. It’s right over the bus terminal and 100 m from Station. Very convenient and comfortable to walk from and to both. The staff is very helpful and professional in their conduct. All sightseeing worth sites are in walking distance. Breakfast layout is excellent though space is tight if you reach later than 8. Overall a gr8 hotel

convenient location if you need to take a train Quite modern facility. There is always a huge line in the front desk. Either the hotel is very understaffed or the team will really need to work on their capaibilites.

They had given our room away after I had emailed them to let them know we would be arriving late. They then put us in a different Radisson location (taxi was paid by them as location was less than 2 miles) and then we went back to the original location the last two nights. Service was subpar and no apology from Radisson Blu Plaza. The two female attendants were nonchalant about the issue.
