I was embarrased checking in we (my partner and I ) were not informed the pools were not part of the hotel. So when we headed for the pool we were turned away by spa staff. No where in my reservation did I read the pools were not available to hotel guests. Crappy listing!! Furthermore we paid $213 for a $150 room. Put us in the old section. Air conditioner kept us up all night. Staff thought my issue was funny . So unprofessional. Expedia, Choice, you are better than this.

Love the connection with the spa, but the property has definitely become a 50 footer.. looks good from a distance. There's too many small things in the rooms that take away from the whole thing. We had tiles coming loose, trim breaking, smells in the hallways, etc. Really do wish it would be better kept past the lobby l.

The hotel was great. My only negative feedback is that is was noisy: HVAC clicking and clacking through the vents woke me up a few times (it might have been loose baffles), you could hear lots of voices from the hallway, and car noises from the main road (no sound-proof windows??). But I would stay here again.
