The customer service at the Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely astounding. Every single employee we came across was extremely friendly and helpful. From the front desk staff, restaurant staff to the housekeepers -so professional and welcoming. I would gladly and confidently recommend this hotel. Hilton, whatever your employee customer-service program is at this facility, ITS WORKING!!

I was not even greeted by the lady at the desk. She just stared at me. I went down for dinner, and the hostess was on her phone. I just stood there waiting until one of the kitchen staff yelled over at her. Food was very poor.
