It was a very comfortable stay. My room had an issue with the fan and making the room colder instead of warmer. I reached out to the management and they resolved it so when I came back, all was good.

Homewood Kanata is our go to for Ottawa. Just one night this time for a hockey game. We appreciate the free breakfast but the breakfast for this stay was excellent.

Stayed here for one night. Reception was great. The place was clean. It had good amenities. Decent number of USB ports near the bed. There is plenty of room for parking even when there was an event going on. Free breakfast wasn’t something that I would write home about, although, the chicken sausage was tasty. I would stay here again.

Rude receptionist
Sun, the front desk receptionist was very friendly and professional at her job. However, upon check out Roman, the front desk receptionist was too busy talking to another customers while I was waiting to be check out and getting my final receipt. He didn’t even bother to ask if I needed help and just kept talking with the others customers until one of the customer told Roman I might need help. And when he was helping me he sound agitated like I interrupted his conversation with the other customers, which I didn’t appreciated.
