I liked this hotel's proximity to the convention centre, shopping and lots of dining options. It was easy to get to from the airport (via Uber) and staff were lovely and helpful. They also included a warm cookie at check in!!

The restaurant was overpriced which was unfortunately made room service too expensive. The room smelled strongly like cleaning product, a carpet shampoo probably. Location was great for accessing the Roger centre for a conference. Staff were very friendly and provided good service. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good water pressure and really hot water. However, wish I had chosen a hotel with more amenities. Coffee shop and gym would have been good to have.

I stayed here twice and both times the fire alarm in the building went off in the middle of the night and early morning, once due to a dumpster fire that had been set by an arsonist. I won't stay here again.
