Superlative staff, room accommodations were perfect. Close to the High Street , Magdalen, but tucked just enough away to avoid extra noise. Loved it!

Love this Hotel. Recommend getting a cell on 'A block' upper levels. There's something very cool about exiting your room onto the prison landing with all the cells lined up. Very nicely appointed rooms, a nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was top notch. Town and station are minutes away on foot. Be sure to check out the original cell on the ground floor or visit the old jail museum next door.

It was outstanding. My first time in Oxford for a World Summit and this hotel made my stay even better and more memorable. Thank you from New Jersey, United States.

Great location! Close walking distance to the center of Oxford. Comfortable room, updated bathroom, great bed and sheets. Nice public sitting area and bar. Very helpful staff.

Perfect place for our family of 3 to spend 2 days visiting Oxford. Teenager slept in the sofa bed which he said was comfortable. Nice walk into town. Didn’t eat at hotel but dining looked nice. Would definitely return.

The hotel was in a perfect spot for exploring Oxford via a short bus ride.
