The room was quite quirky but well appointed. We received a bottle of wine in our room which was a nice touch. We would stay here again as the location was good and everything we wanted to do was within easy walking distance. We parked at the park and ride which was cheap and easy.

Hotel was lovely - warm, cosy and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Only things to improve would be the gluten free breakfast as the croissants were hard (the normal breakfast was lovely though) and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Fabulous location!! Room was huge bathroom was not. Free bottle of wine was tasty. No lift but the lovely lady working checkin hoisted my daughters 51 lb suitcase up two flights of stairs even though we tried to talk her out of it. Alittle loud at night but not too late but not unexpected given the great location!!

The room was lovely with an enormous bath. We really enjoyed having the sitting room separate from the bedroom. Very nice staff as well!

Would have given 5 stars but the bed was too hard for me and my husband. Really hurt my hips. Otherwise a great hotel. Location perfect. Room really nice. Would visit again

This hotel is completely ideal for visiting Oxford. It is quiet, safe, and near all tourist sites as well as shopping and restaurants. Very lovely decorated spacious rooms with nice amenities. But the best accolade is the staff. They are beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating . Very attentive and courteous. Don’t bother with the chain hotels when you can stay in this super accommodation.
