The home is thoughtfully designed with two spacious levels featuring two master suites, one conveniently located on each floor. The upstairs master suite boasts a king-size bed, a luxury bathroom, and a private outdoor sitting area on the deck. Meanwhile, the kids will love their very own bunk suite complete with two bunk beds, toys, TV, and a game console. The chef in your group will be thrilled with the well-equipped kitchen, which includes modern appliances such as a Ninja food processor, coffee maker, and pancake and waffle makers. Beach Equipment & grill are located in the storage on the left side.                                                

Please wash sand off the furniture before placing back in the storage area.        
Clean the grill after each use 

 

Before departing, Please do the Following:
Remove bedding and towels and leave in laundry room 
Load & start dishwasher
Take trash out to garage.
Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!
  
Trash days are Monday / Thursday
Pool cleaning on Thursdays            
Lawn Mowing is on Wednesdays

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
