This condo makes coming to PCB amazing by being right on the beach and located on Long Beach.

This unit is equipped with 2 Bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and flatscreen TV and en suite bath.

The second bedroom with one queen size bed and a bunkbed with 2 twin size bunks and a flat screen tv.

Two bathrooms in this unit, one off of the master bedroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo, the second is equipped with a shower/tub combo as well.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, 4 high barstools provide great extra seating to the 4 person dining table.

Built in 2006, Ocean Villa is a 23 story high rise building with 125 units. There are 21 floors of condominium units, 6 units per floor, with parking garage decks on the first two floors. All units are beach front 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, with large oversized balconies overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Each individual unit has approximately 1,200 square feet of interior floor space.

Ocean Villa also has a three-story parking garage across the street from the main building. There is a pedestrian skywalk bridge connecting the 3rd floor parking garage deck to the 3rd floor of the main building.

Perfect getaway
Amazing views, very clean, nice layout with en-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your condo. We needed a last minute getaway. Place was well equipped for cooking in unit. Views from fantastic balcony were stunning. Peaceful retreat. With lots to do in Panama City Beach. Thank you.

Very disappointed
Check in was fine. The condo was not clean. Long dark hair on the floor. I walked across the floor my feet were black. I went to Walmart and bought a mop and lots of cleaning supplies. I thought we paid for a clean condo. I took pictures. The mattress on the king bed is so worn you roll to the middle. The sheets are stained. I’m glad I brought all of my linens. The other queen bed was like laying on the floor. The tvs are horrible. They finally put a Roku on the small tv and fixed that tv. The living room tv is so blue. The entertainment cabinet has a pc of glass missing, There is a screw holding one of the kitchen chairs together. We were very disappointed with all the good reviews. There is food under the refrigerator. The remote was In the chair and I had to put my hand in the side of the chair just absolutely gross. Filthy. We did not use any of the plates,utensils, pots pans nothing. The last poster said it best the toaster looked as they did get it from goodwill.

Fun stay but elevator woes
Very happy with our stay, very clean and the pool boy was cleaning every morning and that was great. Unfortunately, One of out of the three elevators was not working for the whole week we were there. The other remaining elevator was touch and go for a couple of days. I felt for those staying on the higher levels of the condo. We were on the 10th floor and had to walk down 10 flights twice while we were there. Good exercise but carrying a toddler down 10 flights was a work out. Please fix elevator situation. Otherwise enjoyed stay.

Amenities and Communication
When renting this condo one should know that you need to supply EVERYTHING. This include salt and pepper to toilet paper, coffee filters, garbage bags, hair dryer, cooking spray etc… we had 2 rolls of toilet paper , 3 dishwasher pods and 3 washing machine pods for 10 days. We were not given a direct phone number to contact the host, all communication fine through email. We contacted host before we left to see if hair dryer was provided… no response. During our stay the main room TV and master bedroom TV did not work and we contacted host for 2 days with no resolution and no follow up. We were told maintenance would be coming and maintenance. never showed up. In summary Ocean Villa is a lovely resort. We enjoyed the pool and ocean front and work out room. This is a nice condo however not sure if we would choose this condo again due to lack of communication and short on amenities.

For the money this place is lacking kitchen items. Patio furniture is in poor shape the fridge has no ice maker so prepare to get ice everyday. Beautiful week on the beach but a very average condo and not a good value.

Perfect Vacation
This condo did not disappoint. From the views, beach, staff, and condo itself, it was beyond expectation. The condo has been updated since the photos and is even nicer in person. The large balcony was enjoyed both morning and night to watch the sunrise and sunset. All week we were able to dine in using all the kitchen amenities. We rarely had to wait for an elevator and parking was easy. The beach was never overly crowded. We watched the sea life every morning as we were eating breakfast. Many things are within walking distance from shopping, snacks, restaurants, and entertainment. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean when we arrived. We throughly enjoyed our vacation in this location, if in PCB again we would book again.

The condo need some work the smoke detectors were going off when we got there had to take it down to get it to stop, then the second bedroom one started going off called and maintenance came they hit a button and left they started going off again had to take it down to get it to stop. The doors were off the laundry room so it was very loud washing clothes. The dishwasher was full of water the patio door wouldn't open had to get maintenance on those situations. Screen door was propped up on the patio the water and ice doesn't work on fridge. Just really needs some work on this condo

Need to upgrade cleaning standards
Place was good sized with room. Master bath was not clean at all. Tub was dirty, toilet was dirty, walls in bath stained and dirty. Tub in other bathroom did not drain when in use. Pretty gross. I noticed another tenant has complained about this also and it has apparently gone unaddressed. Lock on master bed balcony door does not work. Also another issue someone else complained about but not fixed. Oven had residue or something in it and when preheating, smoked enough to set off smoke alarms. TV in living area was stuck with a purple hue so everything that should appear white was purple. Water and ice dispenser on fridge not functional: This is ok if there was a means to make ice, but no ice trays were found.
