C507 is a three bedroom standard floor plan, that will accommodate up to eight guests with a spacious 1750 sq. feet, fully furnished.
The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The dining area includes a table that seats six, along with a bar that seats three. Dining area and living room have windows extending along the south wall that has an amazing view of the water! The kitchen is fully equipped, very spacious, and newly renovated with granite countertops, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, and a sliding glass door that leads to its own small private balcony with a small table and two chairs, and has a view of the water. The 3rd bedroom has two Full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, and windows along the south wall that has a view of the water. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.
There is a washer/dryer in the condo, and tile flooring throughout. The balcony off of the master bedroom and living room includes a large table that seats four, two lounge chairs and a small table.
The "C" building faces sideways however, this unit is a corner unit with a wrap around balcony on the beach side so you have an pool, water, and sunset view. The condo includes a covered parking spot underneath the building.
