D204 Low Floor, Direct Gulf Front View

D204 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to four guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The dining area includes a table that seats five guests, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and nice appliances and cabinets.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer, there is tile throughout the unit. The balcony has six chairs, and a small table. View-faces the water, can also see down the beach East/West, sunset view, and you can see half of the pool area between "D" & "E" from your balcony.
