Relax and vacation in this interior designed inspired spacious condo on this second floor end unit located centrally in Panama City Beach. NEW in 2025, ALL new flooring LVP through out. MariSol #205 is a unique 2115 sq ft, four-bedroom condominium. Low density only 45 units in entire complex. Entrance is into a foyer and walking in you'll see on the beach side is a three-bedroom/two-bathroom unit and the other side is a one-bedroom(King)/one full bathroom lock-out with walk in tiled shower and separate tub. This unit is great for in-laws, parents or mischievous grandparents or wanting to relive their honeymoon. Main side has King bed, Queen bed, Double bunks (made locally by hand from an excellent craftsman) and in the living room is a Queen sofa sleeper

Enjoy sunrise or sunset from the spacious unobstructed balcony view of 180* to the east & west. I have tried to think of every comfort that can make your stay memorable including 4 complimentary beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Enjoy either Keurig or good ole fashion drip coffee in the morning. This is a small complex, low density only 45 units. We have two elevators so there is rarely any wait. Security is very important here with a 24/7 locked lobby, self closing exterior doors, easy assigned parking on the south side, as well as private beach walk to the beach and back. Geaux to the beach by either walking thru pool or outside pathway. There are showers located outside of the gate leading to beach so wash off when you return. PLEASE do not bring in sand into the lobby or my unit. High speed WiFi (100MBs), fitness center on site, and 2 parking passes included. If you need a 3rd parking pass it does cost an additional $50.00.

Great for big families, multiple families, reunions, or wedding parties etc. All bedrooms with TV's and wall mounted. Large queen sofa sleeper. Living room and Master Bedroom have direct access to balcony overlooking the pristine waters and sugar white beaches. Superbly maintained and cleaned to the highest standards with a caring owner. You'll be thrilled when you step into this condo and how convenient it is to many excellent restaurants, Pier Park.

Great Beach Getaway!

The condo was great! It was easy to navigate. The condo was clean and exactly as listed. The best part about the condo was that it was accessible. Someone with us uses a motorized wheelchair and was able to navigate throughout condo- except onto the balcony. 2 of the showers are step in showers, which made life easier. And the ramp to the beach was completely accessible as well as somewhere dry to store the sand chair that was rented. Great stay and will recommend to others!

Relaxing vacation spot
We truly enjoyed our vacation experience at Marisol. We had a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony and from inside the condo. The unit we stayed in was very well-maintained and very clean. The description and photos online were accurate. The owner, the maintenance personnel, and the property manager were all friendly and responsive.

We have a large family and usually like staying in places that have plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we were not disappointed…. Very spacious and right on the beach….. easy access with all our items we carried down to the beach. Chairs which were included were perfect and the chair attendant was easy to work with. This place was just close to everything we enjoyed. Beach, good food spots, water park, and going golf…. I’d give it another star if possible. Host answered all the questions I had and replied very promptly every time I messaged…. Was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the fireworks on the fourth as well…. Great place and will rent again!!!!!!

Family vacation
This was the first time staying at Marisol. We stayed here with our 2 grown children and their families. The youngest one being 2 years old. The condo was perfect for our group of 10. We had enough room that we weren’t in each other’s way. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. We never had to wait for an elevator and having the 2 sets of chairs were an added bonus. Whenever I had a question about the Condo, the property manager answered me right back. We would definitely rent this Condo again!!! We enjoyed it so much!

Everything about this condo was perfect!
The condo was everything that was pictured and described and more. It was perfect for our family which included four teenaged boys. It was beautiful and the layout couldn't have been better. We loved the views from the balcony and the master bedroom. We really liked that it wasn't one of the huge complexes and we never had a problem with having to wait on the elevators. Even the young man that worked in the building/parking lot was extremely kind and helpful. We had a question for Jimmie while we were there and he answered immediately. We will definitely come back here!

Piece of calm in the middle of PCB
This property was everything we hoped for and more. Senior youth group trip was a huge success! The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was iconic. The Marisol was easily accessible from main road and parking was even easier. Several door codes made us feel safe in the middle of such a busy place. The beach itself was perfect. The area was private and it kept the crowds on the periphery. Jimmie gets an A+ on communication and kindness from our first conversation. I will definitely recommend this property to our seniors next year.

Perfect beach condo stay!
This property was exactly what we were looking for! Right on the beach, but with the benefit of beachside parking as well! The views were absolutely stunning!! To sit on the balcony and listen to waves, as you watch the sun sink slowly down into the ocean….heavenly!! Kitchen had everything needed to enjoy home cooked meals, rooms were comfortable & the whole “beach condo” experience couldn’t have been better! My only complaint is that the shower water pressure was barely able to rinse the sand off my skin, let alone outta my hair! BUT will definitely plan to stay here again!!

Perfect!
My family goes to PCB 1-2 times a year, and this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The pictures of the condo does not serve any justice. This place is absolutely perfect and very CLEAN. The beds were comfortable, and the parking and beach access was very convenient. The Marisols staff was pleasant and accommodating and the beach chair rental attendants were awesome also. Jimmie, the owner, was very responsive and had everything laid out for your arrival, very simple and to the point. The balcony view was breathtaking and we saw dolphins every single day. Will definitely book again.

The condo was immaculate, clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the second floor balconies, front and back. Parking was close and convenient. Absolute favorite place to stay!
Everything was great! Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Only one elevator during our stay but that was never a problem by any means. Being on the second floor everyone enjoyed the view to the beach and sound of the ocean. Will be hard to find a comparable place for a smaller group when we do come back. Definitely 5 star!!
