You'll love this comfortable condo's ideal location, right on the sand! Off the living room, the private balcony's ocean view may make it your favorite place to recline. Enjoy access to a shared pool that faces the beach, a shared tennis court, beach walkovers, and a boat launch. Visit Pier Park and its various shops and restaurants, less than eight miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers excellent views of the Gulf. You may want to bring your clubs, as you'll be only about nine miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark, just over 10 miles from the condo, with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Head 18 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where you can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - only accessible by boat!

Toss your swimsuits into the private washer/dryer when returning from the beach. The full kitchen has plenty of tools to cook your ideal vacation dinner - you can also head down to the shared charcoal grill to put an extra sear on things.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a stunning ocean view, while a guest bedroom features a private balcony overlooking Lake Powell. There is also plenty of storage space for snowbirds.

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
Guests may park boats for a $10 charge, as well as use the boat launch and the saltwater pond.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
