Absolutely no complaints about the rental. Everything was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean and up to date. View was amazing. Corner unit made it that much better. Favorite part was the additional balcony on the street side. We were able to open both patio doors for an amazing breeze. We will be staying there again.

We had a great stay at Grandview East. The only issue was waiting for the elevator going down from the 16th floor, with only one set it was very slow and hot waiting for it. Condo was very clean and spacious and just as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable. We will be booking again when in the area.

Loved! But a few things I wished I'd known

The only thing I didn't like was the super long code to unlock the door (seriously an 8 button code) and the fan in the master bedroom didn't work... The place was gorgeous! The view is amazing! Very very roomy.. When you arrive go grab a luggage cart located on the 1st floor, not ground. There is one elevator for entire building so keep that in mind during busy season - elevator is hot, no air flow.

Family Beach Stay

Property was well appointed and clean. There were 4 of us so it was nice that rach had there own bedroom and adjoining bath. The views up and down the beach from the 16th floor end unit were amazing. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Greta place!

Was a very pretty property. Only problem was that the door didn’thave a deadbolt or chain on the inside so my 3 year old could easily open it no problem! We had asked them about it and they put a temporary chain up but it broke before we left. They were very nice though.

Beachside home away from home

We had a group of 9. 2 families, and we were well accommodated. 3 bedrooms and full baths as well as a sleeper sofa. Well appointed and very responsive management company. Our only issues were 1 of the beds were damaged prior to our arrival and mid-stay an upstairs neighbor caused a leak. Recommend highly regardless.
