The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

Includes 2 FREE sets of seasonal beach service 4 padded lounge chairs (4 chairs total) and 2 large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, up to a $80/day $480/week value for no extra charge. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

MariSol 705 is a roomy 4 bedroom beachfront condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. There are no other 4 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the size and layout like this one.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.


Every room in MariSol 705 is special. The living room well appointed. It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen 55" HDTV.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.


The DINING AREA comfortably seats 8 plus 3 at the breakfast bar and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.


The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large 40” flat screen TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.


The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING as well. And plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway with lots and lots of room. There’s also a large 40” flat screen TV in this large SUITE.


The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a full size bed with a twin size bunk over top of it. PLUS an additional QUEEN SIZE BED. This bedroom can sleep a couple in the queen size bed plus 3 kids in the full/twin bunk bed. It has a 40" large flat screen tv.


The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a KING SIZE bed. It has an en Suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a 49" large flat screen tv.


The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.


These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 13 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

It was ok

It was a nice unit, however there were some issues. I’m 100% positive the cleaners did as little as possible, place was a bit dirty. Broken bed in master, which the maintenance guys took care of promptly. The AC could not keep up with the daily warm up, even with curtains closed. We spent almost 1 full day without water due to a changing of a backflow valve to the building. The noise from the street was a bit much with reving of engines, loud music and people screaming until about midnight. For the size and price it was nice, but the other items not so much.

The condo was awesome! Exactly as listed, location is perfect and when they say it is quiet and private and not a million people running up and down the elevator, they mean it! We saw one other group at the condos while we were there. The beach chairs were also incredibly thoughtful and really made the beach time more fun. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the space was awesome! We never felt crowded in our group of 9!

In a good location, right on the beach, which suited all of our needs. The condo needs some maintenance work and there were some cleanliness issues (bedspreads, box spring cover, stained furniture, kitchen equipment). We were missing bedspreads in 1 room, but management saw that we got them to us quickly. TVs did not work in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, or maybe we just could not figure them out. If you stay here be sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying for any length of time. We had only 1 roll for each bathroom and 1 paper towel roll. The kitchen needs a few more supplies like pot holders and small spoons.

Great Family Getaway

Thia place had everything we needed to spend a week at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the common areas were big enough to accommodate a family of 13 people. All of the adults had their own private rooms and we were able to concentrate on just spending time with our family on the beach. We will definately look for this property next year for our annual family vacations.

Great experience in PCB!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condominium. The location was excellent, very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent views! The property was very clean and met our expectations. The extra large sectional sofa was a plus for our family. Beds were comfortable. The sliding doors from the bedrooms to outside were a little difficult to get open. Appliances were nice and new. The gym was a nice amenity, but the code only worked when it wanted to. The pool is mostly in the shade and not heated, so we didn’t get to get in. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Everything was great. Very clean. The only thing negative would have to be the beds. The bed were definitely not sturdy. Just sitting on the bed, you had to be careful. The one bed near the balcony, had a unstable bed frame. The bunk beds were definitely wobbly. Probably upgrade to better beds and over all would be a 5 star.

Advertised as handicapped accessible but isn’t really.

The condo itself was very unclean. The building has an elevator and widened doorways but nothing else is accessible. Toilets are literally tucked in small rooms and there are huge lips out to the balcony. It isn’t handicap accessible.

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Marisol! The condo was extremely spacious, and all four bedrooms had plenty of room. Having two sets of chairs and umbrellas on the beach was exceptional. The pool is very small and cold. However, since it's a small property, we only had one day that was overcrowded. The floors in the condo were not very clean, although I'm sure it's hard to keep clean floors at the beach. I wore socks to keep the bottom of my feet clean. There were 8 of us, and we had no problem with running out of hot water. The code pad on the door is very temperamental, and whatever you do, do NOT lock the deadbolt! You will be locked in! All vacations rentals have issues, so overall, a nice unit.

Great place to stay but parking was a huge issue.

The condo was nice and roomy. Having the 3 king beds was great for a large family. Very nice set up! Balcony and view was great as well! Things to improve on - Kitchen- Needs a pizza cutter None of the drink blenders worked Parking- Parking was a huge issue during the holiday week. Took us an hour and half to get parked one night. We paid for two spots and someone took our other spot. Had to park in the grass. We wle not go out some nights because parking was such an issue. I think on a normal week parking might be ok just not during a holiday week. Our saving grace was Jeanna the Parking lady manager at the condo. She came in on her day off to assist us because there was no where to park. Other than that I would recommend this condo but parking needs to big fixed!

Filthy and disgusting

Arrived on time and housekeeping was still cleaning. Was about 30 miles minutes later before we were allowed in. Once in noticed floors had been sprayed down but not mopped. Grit and dirt all over. Area around waste can was disgusting on the floor and trim. Something had been spilled on the floor next to the bed in beach side master and left. Human feces was on the shower curtain in the middle bath. (I did not find out about this until we were leaving) The toilet in front master had not been cleaned. After spending Sunday cleaning all the floors they were much better. Will not be coming back to this property.

Great condo for a beach trip for my daughter Senior trip

Great condo for a group celebrating highschool graduation. We had four adults and six 18 to 20 year olds on the trip. The condo had lots of space, was very clean and good access to the beach. It was a great trip.

The location was excellent! Lots of room in the condo. We found the floors to be somewhat dirty. The vacuum cleaner did not work, the two closet doors in the one bedroom were off the rails. We chose this for the recliners, my husband has Parkinsons and it’s hard to get out of a couch. When we got there, the furniture had been changed. The air did not work properly. It definitely could use hand towels and hot pads. Coincidentally, we all got the flu immediately upon our return home?? Other than some minor details and it could have used a good, sanitary cleaning…. All else was good. Because of location, we might consider using it again, if items are attended to. Great location… close to everything!
