Welcome to On The Square. With its bold black-and-white wallpaper, deep green palm fabric, and sleek silver lighting, the brand new home in Georgetown Condos could be confused for a Manhattan pied-a-terre. But its location is 100 percent Rosemary, perched just above the restaurants and shops of North Barrett Square. Each of the three king bedrooms in this sleek condo are beautifully furnished with their own private, covered balcony. But you'll also find a bonus bunk area with two twin beds – each with their own TV – and sliding barn doors for privacy. Located on the corner, you'll also appreciate the wraparound balcony just off of the main living area, overlooking the quaint cobblestone streets below. Rosemary's four community pools and pristine white sand beaches are a short walk or bike ride away, allowing you to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Community Amenities
Rosemary Beach creates the feeling of luxury both inside and outside of your home. Your days will consist of leisurely strolls and bike rides through the quaint streets of the community to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family's long lasting beach memories. Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square. When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Parking
On The Square has designated, covered parking for only one car in the assigned area behind the Georgetown building. 1 Car overflow parking is available on a first come, first served basis along the main square lining the front of the building. This home is issued only 2 parking passes per HOA.
Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
