Good Stay
One night some noisy neighbors woke us up. But this could happen in any large facility like this. The pool was heated and the hot tube was good. They also had a small pool for kids. The pool and decks were kept clean. The beach view is very good from your private balcony. The building is a little older but maintained well enough.

A lot of the amenities were not available. They still charge your resort fee. The rooms were outdated. The barbecue grills had no utensils and you had to use a lighter to light them. The pools were not heated. Has a nice view of the beach though, and the rooms were pretty much clean staff took care of any concerns

Although the staff were accommodating in upgrading our room to the main building, the property needs maintenance, the main lobby, elevators and hallways need to be cleaned. The carpet in the rooms need to be replaced and the rooms need to be cleaned better. I found a dirty cup and spoon under one of the beds, what looked like someone’s hair or a really big dust bunny behind the TV in the living room, also my husband saw a huge roach in the bathroom, thankfully it was on the morning we were checking out.
