This is great place to stay in PCB. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing. It has a great pool and hot tub area and two large covered areas for grilling and chilling.

Was over charged, when I went to talk about it, I was met with rudeness by the night desk manager and later the Manager. The tv didnt work. Blood spots on door. Rooms were subpar. The over charge was blamed on the new person when I watched the night manager check me in while she checked in another customer.

We booked four nights at the Palmetto due to a last minute emergency with our condo. The entire time we were there our rooms were never serviced. No towels, toilet paper, trash emptied, bed linens changed, etc etc. We tried to call multiple times but never got an answer or anyone to come to phone. We even stopped in the lobby to ask for items but there was nobody at the desk or in the area. Very disappointing stay. We love the area but the hotel and service was lacking. We considered canceling but they said there were no refunds or cancellations allowed when we first checked in.
