I tried many hotels in Paris, and each time they were awful (bed bugs, dirty, noisy...). This one is surprisingly great, very cheap, very clean. I will definitely go there from now on. If you do not mind being in the RER (train) for approximately 55 minutes to go to downtown Paris, then do not hesitate, I highly recommend.
One good thing about the hotel: it is one minute away walking distance from the train station (RER), so no problem at night... Also, there is a very cheap bakery right there (and a supermarket), the cheapest in Paris (1 euro a croissant !).
One negative thing. I am originally from France, so I am used to all kinds of people there. The day I left mid-december (I had a reservation before that one), the guy at the desk was very strange, he did not know how to open the door, I had to wait until he figured it out. He seemed a bit high, so I was not very pleased about that. I did not see him again, thank God. He kind of ruined my experience there.
