The location of this hotel is fabulous. Lots of places to walk, shop and eat. However I would highly suggest staying in the suite vs the regular unit. The regular units are tiny. There was also no AC and the rooms were so hot. The shower head was broken and the sink plugged. I would not suggest getting the breakfast included and you have so many options for breakfast around you. Ultimately the location was great and the price not bad.

This property has pictures posted that are not accurate. It is bare-bones and dingy. Our room was missing a curtain on one of the windows, the faucet was loose, and one of the garbage cans had not been emptied before our arrival. The room as a whole was very worn. I was disappointed in the neighborhood as well. I didn’t feel it was safe for my daughter and I when we were alone together. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good stay overall
The Hotel was overall great the room size was bigger than expected; however, some parts are tight between beds and walls. Transportation and food options were great. Downside, the surroundings of the hotel are plague with homeless who create a sanitation issue and discomfort while getting to or leaving the hotel

Johann from the front desk was very helpful, funny and kind. He made our stay easy. Thank you Johann. Thank you also for the day and night front desk personnel for helping us book our 3 am taxi going to the airport. The area is accessible to shopping, restaurants and a lot more! A bit mixed
We didn't get the type of room we requested as there had been an issue which was fine. We got adjoining rooms instead. Reception didn't tell us that the air condition was broken however. I phoned them and they said it was not working and it won't be fixed. Had to sleep with window open but the street below was very noisy during the night so we didn't sleep well. We were either too hot or too disturbed by the noise. Also, furniture in the room didn't really fit. Had to remove bed side table to access wardrobe shelving. Rooms also had too many chairs for some reason making it more confined than it needed to be. Also, one room of the 2 rooms received maid service and the other not. No idea why. Having said that, location was good and it was clean.

Do not take the pictures on the listing at face value—-they are much nicer than the property actually is. I found it well worn in parts and the front desk service very hit and miss. Some were wonderful and one in particular was dismissive. We booked a family suite for 3 people and nowhere on their site does it say that the majority of these are on two floors with a narrow spiral staircase that is nearly impossible to get a suit case up without great difficulty. It also lists that they have laundry on site, which they do not. They can send out your laundry but the cost was unreasonable. They blamed the photos and amenity description on Expedia, which isn’t accurate as they must verify/provide the pictures and description. Lastly, the location is very close to shopping but also near a brasserie which was quite loud.

Duplex apartment was very spacious and clean. If anything, remote for tv upstairs was missing and some electrical points were slack.
