First, I want to say that the staff was wonderful. We were there a couple nights - I was a bit surprised that there isn't an elevator. Luckily, I had someone who could carry my heavy luggage up the stairs - I could have also opted to stay on the first floor.
We didn't have wi-fi until the last night we were there, which was "unthinkable", but we survived. They were trying to get it sorted, and the holiday was an issue, so I get it.
Area isn't the best, but we felt safe. I didn't see any other hotels that looked better, except maybe the brand new one next door, but I'm glad we supported these guys.
