We reserved a pet friendly king suite. When we arrived we were refused the suite by Rain at the front desk who said pets were not allowed in that room and chances were they would not have a room for us and in any case there would be no refund. Rain was rude and condescending. I asked to speak with someone above her and she would not allow that. We ended up in a queen room, but after driving 9 hours from Utah, we did not appreciate the way were treated at all. She said this is what we should expect by booking through a third party like hotels.com.

I was disappointed that the room I thought I had booked on Expedia was not the one I was given. The room smelled awful. Like overdone pet febreeeze. I had to open the window to try to air it out. Awful. I was told the room was remodeled and it was clearly not. Pealing paint and trim. The room was not in good shape. It was shabby. Like pet owners are second class or something. For the price it was awful.

We stayed here for a night. Staff was very friendly. We got our room keys when we checked in, but when we got to our room, the keys didn't work. The staff member tried to reactiviate, but when we went to our room still didn't work. Then the tried 4-5 master keys that didn't work. Seems like they need to update their sensors. Also the room we got looked NOTHING like the room we were in. Maybe because we had a dog, so they gave us a specific room, but the pictures on the website look better than it was in real life. We didn't get a chance to use it, but the pool/hot tub is open 24/7. Breakfast was decent. No hot options outside of an egg sandwich you can head in microwave.
