The pool wasn’t cleaned until Tuesday. Monday was a beautiful day but the pool had so many leaves from Sunday. Don’t understand why it wasn’t vacuum. Couldn’t believe that the pool area was not lite up after dark. Would have been nice to go set out there. Otherwise things were nice

The staff was hands-down amazing. The property was beautiful. The continental breakfast had a very wide range selection and change . The negative things about this hotel is the hidden parking fees. It was $16.51 a night for parking. And you can’t smoke on the balcony and if you were caught, it was a $250 fine.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Good variety for breakfast But I would make it a little longer for those who like to sleep in . It was clean . I would suggest that they give clean towels and washcloths every day you should not have to ask for them . Other then that things were fine.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in the United States. Mold everywhere. Sprayed for cockroaches and mold. Curtains were filthy. Balcony was filthy. It should be condemned.

Roof leaking, air conditioning stopped working, key cards stopped working after the 5th day. Changed them out 3 times. Carpet in the room was sticky. Looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was a mattress topper on the bed and the sheets wouldn’t fit or stay on. Pillows were so old, there was no fluff left in them. I paid a lot of money for this hotel and it should have cost me half of what I paid.

During our stay we did not have any hot water. The room smelled musty. mold in the shower. did not receive room service as well. The hotel said the were going to give compensation for the inconvenience, but now they are not going to anymore. Do not stay here
