Love a Pelican ❤️
My sisters and I have spent time at Pelicans Isle for 3 or 4 years. We return because the view is beautiful. It is easy and relaxing to negotiate the property. A very short walk to the beach with lovely chairs to sit in. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. On our drive home we plan for the next visit. So we plan to visit pelican Island again next fall. Thank you so much for a lovely venue for us to get together.

Our 9th Wedding Anniversary
My husband and I spent our 9th year Wedding Anniversary at the Pelican Penthouse and it was so nice. Off Season is the best time to stay here. We meet some local residents and they were so nice. I give this place 5 stars. Definitely would love to come back to stay.

Magnificent view, Peaceful , Perfect!!
The six floor unit was absolutely perfect for our visit this year. This is our second year at Pelican isle. The kitchen is well stocked the beds are comfortable and the living area is comfortable. To lay in the master bed and hear the rolling of the surf is incredibly peaceful and comforting. The beach is right out in front of Pelican Isle and the pool and the hot tub are clean and refreshing. The only issues we had, was our last day the air-conditioning went out. The unit itself was clean but the furniture needs to be pulled away from the walls and dust needs to be vacuumed. There is dust on the walls from the air condition vents and mold on the corners of the bath. Nothing that really affected our stay. The first day I spoke with Stephanie about the dust issue and it was my decision to wait until after we left to have it cleaned. The last day the air conditioning went out I called Brooks and Shorey and spoke with Becky. On a Saturday morning a tech came and looked at the unit and within two hours Alpine air was out and took care of the problem. This management company really cares for their clients. And takes action when needed. Thank you Brooks and Shorey for another wonderful vacation!!

My husband and I enjoyed our 10 day stay at Pelican Isle,condo 609. The condo was immaculate, everything we could want or need was there and the views were spectacular. We especially loved the large balcony and furnishings. We hope to return next year !

The floor plan is nice since it’s a 2 bedroom with the master overlooking the Gulf. This unit needs updating, refurbishing, and re-equipping. Overall it’s just shabby w/o the chic. For example, all 4 patio chair seats were ripped when we arrived. Management responded immediately to attend to the repairs. Not a good value compared to other units. We’ve stayed at PI annually for most of the last 11 years, and love the location, just not this unit.

Good spacious apartment. Can easily sleep 9 adults. Right on the beachfront. On the flip side... 1. We're generally used to better equipped apartments.. for example kitchen didn't have a chopping board, dish soap, washer soap. 2. I understand that property is on the beach but it could be cleaned better. We constantly felt sand in our feet as soon as we checked in.

Family 2019 Vacation and Wedding weekend
Upon arrival everything was clean and perfect for our week. It fit our family of 7 just right. We were in a perfect location and had extra family staying a floor above us. Check in and check out was a breeze by signing rental contract online before our stay. It was super clean and had great freebies ready for us as stated. The view is gorgeous. The beach is clean. And plenty of family fun nearby!
