Room was clean but small.The bathroom was separated. Sink in main area, toilet and shower in a miniscule room. Could not get ready while hubby was sleeping. A/C was fantastic.Staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast selection was good too.

Near the Marquee theater and right next to an excellent dining place where they served good food and good beer. 10/10 would stay here again. Only issue was my room wasnt ready upon arrival after 5pm. Had to wait 30 mins or so.

Staff was kind, room was clean. Room was terribly noisy! The window faces the freeway and off ramp. Heard motorcycles and revving engines all night. I’m tired from a poor night sleep as I write this review.

Friendly and clean
I was pleased with my stay. The location was convenient for me, close to ASU and a couple of walkable restaurants. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and must commend the managers and staff for the cleanliness of all the common areas.

Love the beds and pillows. The room was clean and although the breakfast was the same, the change in breakfast meats was enough for variety. The A/C was a bit loud though.

I am a wildland firefighter and we only stay in the Holiday Inn Express hotels while we are on fire assignments if we're self-sufficient when we're not self-sufficient we're saying in a fire camp anyways I chose to stay this hotel because I already like their service I like how convenient it is how nice how clean how comfortable the bed is everything even the toilet paper is great as for this day I only stay there through the night because I had to catch a flight early in the morning and I didn't want to drive from my house at 1:00 in the morning to get to the airport on time I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody
