Any time I come to Phoenix I stay at this hotel, mainly because I drive trucks and they have multiple parking for semis, there’s a Mc Donald’s next to the hotel and a Taco Bell a walk away

The hotel was very well priced. There was construction going on in the area so it was difficult to find my way in. The rooms were acceptable and the AC cold. The bedding was ok, most important the sheets were clean, cool and crisp, not something normally found in a hotel at this price.

We arrived around 2:45. The lady very rudely told us che,k in was not until 3. We had to go and wait at a restaurant. When we came back there was another girl (she was actually the only savable thing of the whole experience) she was really nice, but when she tried to check me in rooms were not ready. Me and 3 other guests had to wait half an hour for it. The other guys, asked her in a horruble tone if I was walk in, which the girl said no since I had a reservation ALMOST A MONTH IN ADVANCE!! Then this other lady comes and starts telling us she can get us on her side. To which i say we are waiting for rooms. She talks to us in a condescending voice to which I FINALLY snapped and told her everything I just wrote. She put her hand in front of my face and it took everything in me not to be rude. They finally gave me the key 35 MINUTES LATER!!!! and they had the audacity to be rude when they didn't even have the rooms ready. Not to mention, the carpet was filthy and there was no wifi.

The angry Manager
My name is David and I just want to express myself the way I’ve been treated this location on this hotel. I checked in on the 19 and I told the lady that I’m gonna be staying for maybe four or five days and after the four day I came back to the hotel and the lady was super rude with me and treated me like I was doing something wrong on the property. I never did any of that and I tried to speak with the lady on the front desk and she was attacking me like she was treating me like like Piece of crap and I’m a person that I’m working a community. I’m a barber that what I do for a living and I work with people and I know how to supposed to be treated and the way to treatment. It was really really bad. I don’t feel like I deserve to be treated like this and even when I pay for my last day, she took my money and she kicked me out of the property. I just wanna let you know guys of these Property or this man or in charge is is rude and he is really unprofessional and my review is he can be no more than zero so just to let you know that this location don’t come in. Here is really really bad. Not a good business not a good place to stay thank you very much .
