The AC unit was running most of the time, if I wanted the room to be 72, the AC cooled it but if it got under 72, the heater kicked in. It was irritating! The lobby and elevator needed some maintenance…as well as the tub in my room.

Bathroom needed work. Caulking around the base of the toilet was cracked and dirty, anchor of towel bar in wall was loose & so was one anchor of toilet seat. Main bed cover had some sort of pasta sauce crust which was covered by top cover.
