There was an unsafe situation in the lobby the morning we had breakfast in the lobby area. They handled it well but the entrance should be kept secure.

Over the top amazing staff. Wow. I hung out in the lobby and drank coffee and was amazed at how kind and helpful they were to everyone who walked through. For sure my next stay in Phoenix.

First class experience
This was a hurried trip to collect our grandson from the airport. We we among other people who had to lodge for the night because of air travel problems. They were frustrated but the staff treated them with kindness and efficiency! It was nice to see such competent employees handle them with care. Great breakfast and then we were on our way!
