Nice, new, clean hotel. We stayed on the tram side of the road which you can hear pretty well all night long, even with earplugs. The AC made a consistent rattling noise all through the night the first night which made for a very sleepless night with or without the AC. Front desk was called the next day and the ac was repaired within a few hours. It is convenient to ASU which was why we were there. We would stay again on the quiet side.

Helping an ASU ATHLETE out! Service felt like Fam!
The staff could not have been any more amazing than they were. We were staying because our son plays football for ASU and it just made it easier until he gets housing to not have to commute from Buckeye where we live. Everything we asked for they provided and took care of him whenever he needed bags held and needed to pick up his room key! I will keep staying here for that same reason!!

The hotel is very well located and close to the University. It has a business center that I used several times to check my e-mails, print flight tickets, etc. It includes also a free breakfast.
