Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean. The only negative was that the hallway was super noisy and the room next door had the tv on very loud all night and they was disturbing.

They lost my reservation. Even after providing itinerary confirmation number they still couldnt find my reservation. Every question i had was a "No" reply. Even to use the bathroom was a "no". The lack of courtesy to help find my reservation i made weeks in advanced and the denial to quickly use a bathroom (after a 700 mile drive), caused them to lose my 5 day stay. I stayed down the street with better accommodations.
