Found trash under bed tv channels didn’t work no cover on box spring which was badly stained and had rips room said non smoking but smelt like cigarettes only good thing was location because it was in the area of the event we attended

They put all the guests at one end making parking crowded. The carpets and bedspreads were very old. The fitted sheet didn’t cover the poor mattress.

Duty towels, carpet really bad and duty, bad AC, no WiFi, very limited TV selection. I’m very disappointed.

The bed looked like it was from the 1970s and probably was. The mattress felt like plywood mounted on springs. The pillows were extremely lumpy, they felt like a sack of tennis balls.The TV was so small i opted to use mt laptop. One chair was very wobbly i thought it might collapse and the arm came off when i tried to move it. The shower was moldy and luke warm water. Only one ice machine and it was broken. Very limited staff, the office didn't even open until 8am. I realize this is a budget motel , but iwill spend a little more and stay somewhere else next time i am in town

They are amazing!! I had a mess up with a booking company and they took care of the problem right away!! As a school student I have a lot to worry about. Having not to worry about a place to sleep at night makes it 10x better. Thank you Superior Suites very much for that !! Only hotel I will stay at from now on.

Shabby, not very clean. Staff didn't seem too concerned. Internet was intermittent and extremely slow. Whenever I needed to work on my computer, I had to take it down to the front office and sit at a table there, because the internet worked there.

Staff was nice and the rooms were clean, but there were roaches that came out at night after a shower was taken. I left after one night as I understand I won’t get deposit back but I know that I won’t stay there again unless there is a fix of this infestation.

Check in issue
We were rejected check in when arrived and also had sent the advanced notification in advance that may arrive late. Also there was no advanced specific notification and reminder by hotel what time would be the last hour tha the guest should arrive before. And eventually when we arrived there was no check in service and forced to look for another hotel by extra pay at the midnight. After this incident happened, there was no proper compensation received eithwr by hotel.com or the property, and be forced to accept the charge even we did not proceed check in. It's awaful experience that needed to look for the other hotel at midnight.
