When we first arrived, they only had one luggage cart that hard a bad tire. They 2nd one had a note that it was out of order. Our shampoo bottle was empty, the refrigerator was leaking on the top shelf. I cleaned it before putting my stuff in there, but I didn't know it continued to leak until we checked out. Maid service is done every other day. Our room was refreshed once, and when I asked about the 2nd time, Brandon at the front desk could not tell me why our room was skipped. He offered to bring up a new set of towels, which I agreed to. A set (to me) is at least 2 shower, 2 hand and 2 wash towels. Brandon brought 1 of each. He said he could bring more, but at the point I said forget it. But I told him that I was not happy with the customer service. Told him I would talk to manager in the morning. When I booked my room, I booked it for one KING bed, when we arrived, they told me they only had a room with 2 queens. So, we took it. On the last night, I was hot, so I decided to go on the other bed. At some point, I pulled the covers and got underneath them. To my horrific surprise, in the morning I saw that the fitted sheet had a stain on them (looked like blood that left stain). UGH!! At checkout I asked for manager (Jeremiah). This was like at 10 am. I was told he was not in yet. I told the 2 girls (they looked like teenagers, and I couldn't even hear her talk) to have him call me. WELL, HE NEVER CALLED ME!! I have not more room to continue. But it was all bad.
