Nice aparthotel.
Great stay, the aparthotel was just a little dated with some bits needing a refresh. All clean and tidy and the pool area is nice. Would have been great if the bar was open up there as well! Gym has a good amount of machines and weights as well.

When we arrived the front desk did not ask to help with our language, that was my first bad impression. Then when we went to the room, the room was nothing like in the pictures, the room was so so dark and had some insects products smell in it. There was no hangers and no hand towels. When I went to call the phone was not working and was unplugged. I went downstairs to tell them, The good part was when I wanted to take a shower it was no hot water at all. I stayed with no shower for 2 days. The internet was not working too. Over all the hotel was horrible and the rooms were not clean as well. When we left money to the front desk and the cleaning crew then we got some of the work done.

Lovely, cozy rooms with everything you need for a long stay. Close to the 7/11 up on 5th for necessities/water and also Chedraui grocery store only 11 minute walk on 10th. Quiet area of Playa away from all the bar noise and crowds. Rooftop pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Towels are provided for pool. We did not have any problems with wifi, we even used our fire stick which worked perfectly. Area around property is not beautiful due to construction but they don’t start til later in the morning. We were never awoken by construction noise. Very nice staff at this hotel and no one bothers you. We had do not disturb on our door and we were left alone. Excellent experience all around. We have been to Playa over a dozen times. Stayed at all inclusives and apartment hotels, this hotel and area was our favourite. No set schedules like resorts, cooked our own meals, slept excellent and were not harassed every two minutes by vendors.

Everything was great. We would definitely go back. The only issue we had was that we were not communicated re: pool towels until we heard this from other hotel guests. Also it would be nice if there is an option to rent beach chairs & umbrella with minimal fees.

Great location! Less than a block from 5th Avenue with wonderful shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were ok but could use a deep clean. WIFI was not the best. Linens, pillows and towels not great. Roof top deck was nice. Pool was fine. I did not like having to wear a wrist bracelet to show that I stayed there as it is a signal to others that I am a tourist. I booked off season which made this a good value. Not sure if I'd pay more during high season.

Good location, near to restaurants, convenience stores and beaches. Hotel has private parking and pool. Nice view to the sea from the terrace. Excellent service from Guillermo, Luis and Rafael. Room was cleaned. To improve: coffee. I would add a coffee vending machine for all guest in the lobby. This way we can prepare it ourselves, and have it hot and fresh. Gracias. The staff was amazing and very helpful, and the room was cleaned every day, and given fresh towels. Its located at the end of 5ta avenida but they are great eating spots around mini supermarkets and pharmacy everything you need,if you want to go to the center you have to take a taxi which they order for you or if you have a rental you can drive there it’s about 6-10 mins
