The separate larder freezer is in the utility along with a washing machine to keep on top of the spa and beach towels. After a lovely country walk or a day at the beach you have the convenience of entering the house through the utility/ boot room, providing ample storage space for your walking boots and if you want to freshen up straight out of that wetsuit or beachwear you can walk straight into the Jack & Jill downstairs bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
