This lovely holiday home with private pool is located in a rural neighborhood between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca in northwest Mallorca.
The unique thing about this holiday villa is the private tennis court.

The entire living area is built at ground level. Ceramic tiles and wooden beams give the house a Mediterranean character.
The spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV has comfortable seating elements and modern glass doors that lead to a large covered terrace. Here guests can eat, play and relax at tables and chairs.

The bright kitchen has a dishwasher, gas oven, electric oven etc.
Next door is a small room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning divide 2 bathrooms.

In the garden with well-kept lawn is the tennis court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, sun loungers.
Finca Molina is an ideal house for families with children who have a lot of work here.

The stylish town of Pollenca offers its visitors typical cafes, restaurants, galleries, banks and pharmacy. Sundays is weekly market on the main square.
The old Santo Domingo Monastery can be visited, and during the summer months, classical concerts are held in the Klosterhof.
In the center, a long stone staircase leads to the Calvary. The effort is worth it, because from the top of the mountain you have a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside to the sea.
Another monastery mountain is located on the outskirts Pollenca, Puig de Maria.
A path leads in serpentines on this small mountain with nunnery, church, cafe and wonderful views.

Schöne Finca mit Flair und Sportangebot
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Toll ist der Whirlpool sowie die Außenküche, außerdem der Tennisplatz sowie weitere Unterhaltungs- und Sportmöglichkeiten. 2 der 3 Bäder (eines befindet sich neben der Außenküche) und teilweise die Matrazen könnten erneuert werden. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft zu angemessenem Preis. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.
