It was way overpriced. They have no fridge, microwave with makes it hard when it’s really hot out. There is nothing luxurious for the price we paid. The towel holder in the baothrom literally broke off as soon as we grabbed a towel from it. I would not recommend it, the pictures are deceiving.

This place is 100 percent haunted. We got assigned room 325 and everyone in our party became very dizzy moments after stepping into the room. It also had a very strong smell, which smelled frankly like death or bodily decay. We left our things in the room but went down to the front desk to report it. They changed our room, gave us a key and told us to retrieve our things from 325. We went straight back up to 325, no staff followed in the elevator to assist or anything, just me and my kids. When we went back to 325 to get our things, the door was wide open, as if someone was expecting us. We had absolutely closed that door right before going downstairs. Following the move to the new room (same floor) my son had night terrors about people staring at him, standing around the bed. I had sleep paralysis with a sense of awful foreboding and literally struggled to breathe at times. It was super duper scary. The rooms are vintage, clean, spacious and the decor of the hotel is luxe and glamorous. But it is absolutely haunted, and not in a cute way. The vibe was dark. Just a heads up for the spiritually minded.

Staff excellent. Property beautiful. Not maintained well. Curtains in room were torn & glass tops of furniture had food smears & finger prints. Tops & inside of lamps were horribly full of layers of dust & dirt & Spanish lamp in corner hadn’t been cleaned in years. Ceiling fan was dirty & carpet on edges was dark and dirty so u could tell it wasn’t vacuumed around perimeter ever. Such a shame for such a beautiful place. Staff was incredible.
